This hidden retreat boasts a well-stocked kitchen with updated countertops and a dining table that seats four. The kitchen's breakfast bar is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or socializing while preparing your favorite meals. The living room features a sectional sofa with ample seating for four adults, making it an ideal space for watching a favorite sporting event or movie. Natural light floods the room through large sliding doors, offering beautiful views of the golf course at Rancho Las Palmas Country Club. Additionally, the living room includes a small work desk, a full-size washer and dryer, and a one-car garage, with enough space for two additional vehicles in the driveway.

OUTDOORS

The beautiful back patio offers stunning views of the golf course and faces east. It includes a dining table for four and chaise lounges perfect for sunbathing. The front patio also has a dining table for four, along with a convenient three-burner barbecue located next to the kitchen.

SLEEPING QUARTERS

The main bedroom is filled with sunlight from the large sliding doors and offers beautiful views of the golf course. It features a king-size bed, dual nightstands, and a 40-inch smart TV. The ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, dual vanities, and a spacious closet. The guest bedroom also has a king-size bed, access to the front patio, and a 40-inch smart TV. This bedroom shares a hallway bathroom that includes a shower-tub combination.

THINGS TO DO

This unit is situated in the beautiful community of Rancho Las Palmas, adjacent to The River shopping and dining center. Trader Joe's and Whole Foods are both located within 2 miles of the property. Palm Springs Airport is just 28 minutes away, and the Living Desert Zoo is a quick 12-minute drive. The world-famous El Paseo shopping area, which features a variety of restaurants and shops, is only 10 minutes away. Additionally, Albertsons, Ralphs, and Rite Aid are conveniently located within 2 miles.

Frequently Asked Questions

The MAIN GUEST booking the property must be 25 YEARS OLD, and must occupy the property during the entire term of the booking.   The main guest is responsible for behavior of other occupants.

Maximum OCCUPANCY limit is provided in the property listing.  Two people per bedroom.  

No excessive or unreasonable NOISE is allowed beyond the property.   If a complaint is received by the management company, the guests may be required to vacate the property.  The City prohibits renters from using sound devices (radios, sound systems, etc.) and musical instruments outside the rental property between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m. Failure to comply will result in a citation, fines, and removal from the property.

One CAR is allowed per bedroom. Assigned parking spaces may apply for properties located within an HOA. Guests must use garage parking and driveway parking first. No street parking is allowed.

If a property is not PET friendly, we may allow a pet under certain circumstances. Please inquire prior to booking. For pet friendly properties please disclose if you will be bringing a pet at the time of reservation inquiry. A non refundable pet fee of $250 is required. Unauthorized pets will result in additional fee of $500. 

SMOKING of any kind is prohibited at the property.  Any smoke smell or odor found post departure authorizes the property management company to remediate the smoke smell, and the main guest will incur a fee of $2,000 for remediation. 

UNINTENTIONAL / ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE must be reported to the property management company. Accidental or unintentional property damage is covered up to $1,500 by Limited Damage Waiver Fee included in your booking fee. If accidental damage is not reported during the stay, it will be treated as intentional damage and the cost of the damage will be charged to the Main Guest reservation.

POOL AND SPA use is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Use of  Pool, Spa, and Pool Area amenities can cause serious injury, including death. The occupants accept this risk when booking the property. 

POOL HEATING is not included in the rental rate for 27-day or longer stays from October through April. Pool heating may be added to your booking please reach out to us for pool heat inquiries and rates.

Guest Bookings 27 days or longer require a Security Deposit of $2,500. 

​AFTER booking confirmation, the property manager may request a copy of the main guest ID prior to check in.  Main guest may be required to sign and execute additional agreements including HOA Rules prior to check in. 

HOLD HARMLESS  - Palm Desert Vacation Properties, iTrip or the Owner, do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does the owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
