✔All guests and vehicles must be registered: The cost is $37.00 per reservation for guest and vehicle registration. You are not allowed to park more than two vehicles at the property.

$300 FREE Activities: Guests will receive one complimentary admission to each of our select activities per day. You can attend all of these activities every day, and one person will be free each day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to play a round of golf in the morning (one person is free) and then enjoy a Dolphin Cruise that afternoon (one person is free). Alternatively, you may choose to visit WonderWorks with the kids in the morning (one person is free), while your husband can play golf (one person is free). Then you can meet up that afternoon for the dolphin cruise (one person is free). You may participate in some or ALL of the select activities every day, and one person from your party is free each day!

**CANCELLATION POLICY**
 
If you need to cancel your reservation, please note that cancellations must be made at least 30 days before your arrival date. If you cancel 30 days or more before your arrival, all payments will be refunded, except for a $100.00 administrative fee. 
 
Guests who do not cancel within the specified time frame will be charged the full amount of their reservation. Please be aware that there will be no refunds for early departures unless authorities mandate evacuation due to a hurricane. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

  • Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. - 8 a.m.
  • Smoking Policy: Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises unless otherwise stated in the property description.
  • Vandalism: Vandalism is illegal and will be reported to local authorities. iTrip is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or personal property.
  • Outdoor Grilling: No outdoor grilling is allowed on balconies, including ground floors.
  • Prohibited Items: The following items are prohibited within the unit: open flames, fireworks, firearms or weapons of any kind, and illegal drugs as defined by the State of Florida.
  • Language: Foul language is not tolerated. Please be respectful to others.
  • Balcony Safety: Do not throw any items off balconies. This is a felony offense, and violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and may face immediate eviction.
  • Hanging Items: Towels or clothing may not be hung over railings.
  • Feeding Wildlife: Seagulls are not to be fed from balconies.

Compliance with Florida Laws: Tenants and their guests must comply with all state and local laws while on the premises. Failure to adhere to these rules or the laws of Florida may result in the tenant being asked to vacate the premises, with the potential forfeiture of all paid rent and security/damage deposits.

We just enjoyed a wonderful week at Sugar Beach in C17. The u it is comfortable, some items such as iron and crock pot could use some updating. Furniture was fine, but also could be updated. Everything was clean. Door lock system was hard to use (reported). A couple outlets kept having to have gfi reset each use. Everything was in working order and washer/dryer unit was the best I've ever used at the beach ! Dried in one cycle ! Bathroom had been remodeled and was very nice. Mattresses were very comfy - both king beds.. enjoyed having extra beach chairs and towels to use ! Overall - a nice stay !

We really like Sugar Beach and the condo has everything you would need. The beds are very comfortable, the views from the balcony are the best. The only thing I would suggest is that the tvs need to replaced with smart tvs. See ya next year. TINA

This is a dirty condo. The rugs are dirty, old and need to be replaced. The dresser drawers and kitchen cabinets and drawers have dirt in them. Pretty view with easy access to beach but disappointed with the condo. Pool is dirty and murky. All the furniture, walls, bathrooms feel dirty and are worn. Limited (bare bones) on kitchen supplies- bowls, pans, pots. No casserole dish, 1 dish towel, 1 wash cloth, 3 bowls. Not a kitchen to cook and prepare food for your family for a week. Furniture needs to be cleaned. Nice fridge, stove. Good shower pressure. Again, great view but needs a deep, clean and new rugs and beds. I constantly felt itchy sitting on the furniture and in bed. The way I feel in resale shops. Overall more expensive than what it is worth and dirty.

We stayed in this same unit September 2016 and we were delighted to see it was available when we planned our vacation this year. The condo is well-appointed, however, this year the cleanliness left quite a bit to be desired. I purchased a broom and a few other cleaning supplies and brought it up to a cleanliness standard I could accept. I wouldn't hesitate to book again, as the view is wonderful and my preference is to avoid the high-rise condos since we are traveling with a young child and his Grandmother!

We loved our time at Sugar Beach. The property was lovely, the setting was beautiful, the location was extremely convenient. The price was very reasonable for the stay. We did experience some minor cleaning issues & we would encourage the cleaning staff to pay a little more attention to detail. Overall however it was a five-star experience & we will definitely consider utilizing the property again in the future.

It was a very clean nice condo. A couple of small issues that were taken care of right away. Pool Gate code not working, and my son with autism locked one bedroom door with all our clothes in it. That was our fault but maintance was there is 10 mins. Pool Gate code was a problem for many people Friday morning but again taken care of within 30 mins. Pool and beach very close which was so nice with small kids. Also loved the smaller community. Could never do a high rise with our son. Only thing I would recommend is having a broom and maybe windex or 409 for guests to use. (Glass top table, and glass wall.) With a 8 year old daughter and a 10 yr old son with autism lots of fingerprints around! kids are messy eaters, I felt bad I couldn't sweep up or clean table and glass wall better. Hate leaving any mess behind. There was a old vacum but we couldn't get it to work very well. We would definitely rent here again if we come back!
