The lulu kemp ridley condo was very clean and had an awesome beachy feel to it . It also was in the perfect location for us since we don't rent a car and walk everywhere . Will definately stay here again on our annual siesta key vacation .

We had the most wonderful time staying here. The views are spectacular, we had a warm garage every morning, we walked to all the restaurants, coffee, and even the grocery store. It was nice to being so close to Park City to ski and visit the downtown and yet still able to walk the trails of the Swaner Preserve each day.

Unit 104 has been totally up dated. All new appliances, washer and dryer and new furniture. Also new countertops and the second bathroom has been updated. Close grocery store and to restaurants. The pool is very large with new lounge chair. 75” tv in living area, 65” tv in master bedroom and a 55” tv in second bedroom.

We enjoyed our trip to Flagler Beach. The cottage is all about location and Beach time. There's an unobstructed view of the ocean when enjoying a meal around the patio table. Everything is very functional and spacious. The furniture however could use an update.

Me and my wife have booked this condo 3 times. We keep going back because we love the fantastic beach view right outside the living room and master bedroom windows. Love sitting on the balcony and watching the waves and surfers alike. Many restaurants and shops within a few minutes walking distance too. We never have to move the car unless we decide to go to downtown Charleston!
