This house is a dream! Located on a quiet street - quick walk to the beach and short drive into town - it's a perfect place for a getaway. Check-In was easy, the house was spotless, beds are comfortable, and plenty of space for guests to do their own thing. Would definitely stay again!

The cottage was lovely, exactly as pictured. It was comfortable, clean and well decorated. There is a 20 minute drive into town but we live out of town and are used to that. The Fort Morgan beach was perfect for us so we only went into town for supplies and a little mini golf at Pirate's Cove.

I think this is a great place but it needs a little care. The toilet seat in master bed room is broken and needs a little cleaning. The bathroom door in second bath will not open all the way. When there is 2 couples are staying it is problem with 2 keys. The security is fantastic!!

Nicely appointed, clean, relaxing condominium in a beautiful location! My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. Walking distance to the general store, and Alexander’s restaurant. We would stay here again! Thanks!

We are very much enjoying Steamboat Springs and the property we are staying at. It is spacious, clean, modern yet slightly western with lovely art and a well stocked kitchen for personal cooking. The A/V options are fine and there is even a Bang &Olufsen CD/radio down stairs. 5 bedrooms makes this a great family vacation. Highly recommended!!!
