This condo has just been refurnished and renovated. Beautiful views of Tenderfoot Mountain and Ten Mile Range. All New Pots & Pans! Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning.

Scenic Dillon is minutes from everything and Marina Place is just a free shuttle ride (half a block away) to Colorado's famed resorts, trails and natural wonders. And FYI, we're just 11.5 miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slopes to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year – in June!

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. No smoking/no pets. Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind.

i was there for a week and my trip was nothing short of awesome. the place was super clean airy and very close to all mountains. there are food and rec areas all around. the beautiful town of dillon and the water reservoir. the views of the mountains EVERYTHING was phenomenal about this vacation rental. thank you so much i feel so greatful to have experienced such a nice place to stay.

Beautiful view - great location

The owners were responsive and helpful - great location and view of the marina - Be ready - there are 4 flights of stairs, but the view is beautiful from the top floor! Only suggestion is a DEEP clean needs to happen...and maybe update the living room sofa and chair, or, maybe just a good cleaning will work. Overall, great place - beautiful view - worth it!

Steps to the Marina and the Amphitheater is right around the corner. The Arapahoe Cafe was a short walk and had a great menu! Speaking of steps, be prepared to take a lot of them because the condo is on the third floor and there is no elevator! We especially got a workout walking from the Marina! As for the condo, it was clean and spacious. Good beds in every room. Master bath is tiny but Clean with an awesome shower. Condo is not fancy but the views from every room were breathtaking! We spent a lot of time on the balcony - some more comfy chairs on the deck would be awesome! The covered parking was great. It is 2 cars deep but really narrow. Backing our pickup in was challenging but doable! If we return to Dillon, we would definitely stay here again!
