Modern and comfortable ONE bedroom condo only 100 Yards from the Creekside Gondola. Perfect location for Summer or Winter stays.

This unit is on 4th floor with inside courtyard view of the private Pool and Hot tub areas. The common area just went through major renovation and offers one of the nicest pools , hot tubs and common guest BBQ areas in Whistler.

Inside you will find:

Master bedroom has King Sized bed ( can be converted to 2 twins upon request), plus full size closet for storage and dresser mounted TV.

Living room offers Gas fireplace, newer Sofa that converts to Queen bed, updated Art work , TV with cable package and free WiFi and access to private deck for your enjoyment.

Dining for 4 comfortably.

Kitchen is well stocked with proper cookware and supplies. The grocery store is right across the street in the small Creekside plaza.

The complex has a common laundry in the building.

Parking is Free in secure under ground parkade

Ski Valet for your storage at the foyer.

Our reservations include discounts on ski rentals, assistance with transportation along with other concierge services if required.

AGREEMENT
Whistler iTrip Vacation Properties (WPVP) the Agent of the Owners, and Tenant agree as
follows: Above Tenant is at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult"), or approval of
tenants age has been met by WPVP. In addition to Tenant, other authorized occupants may be
family members or friends of Tenant. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling
within the foregoing categories.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
A deposit totaling 35% of the agreed upon total amount is due with acceptance of rental
agreement. Payment of deposit shall be deemed as acceptance of this rental agreement. Payment
may be made by major credit card service offered by WPVP at time of reservation. We accept
VISA or MASTERCARD.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
The minimum amount of the damage deposit is $500 and may be increased at management's
discretion. The damage deposit is taken at time of key pick up from our central reservations
front desk in Whistler. This will be a credit pre-auth hold on your card, then the hold is released
upon 10 days of your departure.
BALANCE PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. You will get an email reminder
with a link to pay online, however you can pay earlier by logging onto your
reservation on our itrip websiteand using your email address as the log in name.
**AIRBNB guests pay based on the Airbnb schedule as they handle all payment**
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur
at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund. There will be no
refund for early departure. Some exceptions will be considered.
HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and are not to be taken from the
property.
KEYS
  1. Whistler Village and surrounding homes - keys will be picked up at Whistler Reception Services located at 4314 Main Street in Whistler
  2. For Glacier Lodge unit arrivals:  you will check in directly at Glacier Lodge - 4573 Chateau Blvd, Whistler, BC V8E 0Z5
  3. For Creekside units you will receive an email with Remote check in instructions by noon on check in day.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside..
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy,
as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
2. Beds that were used should be left UN-MADE so cleaning staff can change all linens and make beds. Towels should be left in pile in bathroom.
3. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises.
4. Close all blinds in all rooms.
5. The maximum number of overnight occupants shall not exceed advertised capacity of the property, not including a child in a crib.
6. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other
properties.
7. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, decks or common areas of properties.
8. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of
twenty-five (25)…unless authorized by management.

HOLD HARMLESS,WPVP, iTrip or the Owner, do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable
service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of
God, or other reasons beyond its control. Refund to cover the expense or make other arrangement for payment if the deposit has already been refunded.

Location, Location, Location

Our 5-week stay in unit 404 last ski season wasn't enough so we came back for 7 weeks in 2024. I think that's the most telling point. Lake Placid Resort is a well-established building that's been around for a while. Unit 404 is quiet, comfortable, well-equipped and the layout makes the best of the space. The southwest-facing balcony gets great sun in the afternoon and overlooks the courtyard with the hot tub and pool. The greatest feature is the proximity to the Creekside Gondola. It's only a 2-minute walk to the lift in the morning and home again in the afternoon with weary legs after a great day on the mountain--with a stop at Dusty's if you're so inclined. Dreaming of next season. How long should we stay?

Unit 404 was like a home away from home for us. It was comfortable and the layout seemed to make it more spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The appliances worked well. The washer and dryer, not mentioned in the listing at the time, were a must have. The Telus Fibre TV and internet worked well. The furniture was comfortable. There was enough closet space and drawers for our stuff. The entrance way was big enough that you could take off your ski boots and hang up your ski clothes. It worked well for a ski vacation. We liked the south-facing balcony that overlooked the pool & hot tub area. On sunny afternoons, it warmed up enough that we could sit comfortably and enjoy a beverage and snacks. Or we could lay on the window seat and have a nap. The view of the hot tub also let us check when it was not too busy. We grew very comfortable here over our 5-week stay and would definitely book Unit 404 if our ski adventures take us to Whistler again.

Quiet with great mountain access and comfortable quarters

You can't get much closer to the mountain and still maintain quiet surroundings. Less than 2 minute walk to the gondola. Comfortable bed. Well appointed kitchen met all our needs and we ate in every day. No meaningful complaints. A few smaller issues prevent a 5 star review: - Hot water takes 5-10 minutes to actually heat up if you are lucky - Unit condition was good but well used (lots of bumps and scratches and patches). Think time share not hotel. - Clean and tidy but with notable pet hairs for those that care. - Bed was comfortable but linens were basic (no fitted sheet, duvet cover just falls off). - Crowded hot tub and pool and some challenges with maintenance mean we got limited use. - Incredibly small parking spots in garage. Be ready for a challenge with any SUV or truck.

Exactly how it is advertised! Perfect location and the pool was wonderful. So easy to walk to the shops, liquor store and grocery store in Creekside plus cross the Hwy is a wonderful walk around some beautiful lakes (only a 5 min walk). And the Village is only a 4 min drive away!!

Best Unit in Lake Placid Lodge!

My husband and I, both avid skiers, have been spending 4-6 weeks at Whistler since we retired four ski seasons ago. Each year we have stayed at Lake Placid Lodge (LPL) and this year's unit was the best yet. . LPL is well run and maintained and has all of the perks and essentials (hot tub, pool, ski storage and tuning benches). Unit 404 itself is tastefully decorated and has a great layout with plenty of room for two. Especially gratifying is that the owners have left all closets and cupboards open for use so there is plenty of room for clothes, food and ski stuff. Lastly, my husband the cook found the kitchen very well equipped and never once complained about the lack of a pan, knife, colander, etc. And, basics such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar were already there to get him started. Overall, we would highly recommend Unit 404 to others.

Enjoyed our stay..very nice condo ( would like to see an upgrade in the sofa bed.) We liked being away from the crowds in the village but a short drive if u wanted to go..close walks to the lakes and park.nice pool and hot tub.great bbq area..we woukd go back..thanks
