Two Story Mid-Century Getaway at El Paseo Village! Location! Location! Location! Style! Half a block away from the incredible entertainment, shops & restaurants of El Paseo.

INTERIOR

The newly furnished downstairs includes a fully equipped kitchen with brand new oven, dishwasher, microwave and electric stove top. The kitchen, living and dining room all flow together in an open plan configuration that gives the home a spacious, light feel and allows for easy entertaining. The ceiling fans, flat screen TV with cable service and free WiFi will enhance your vacation experience. Take to retro open staircase up to the lofted Main on the second level with partial mountain views.

Main Bedroom features a King bed, dresser, side table, TV, and ample closet space. The Main en suite bath has a large soaking tub/shower combo and double vanity.

Guest Bedroom is located on first floor, features a Queen size bed, night stand, dresser and closet. The guest bath with shower is just across the hall from the guest bedroom.

OUTDOOR

BBQ grill is located on Eastern exposure back patio with dining table for 4. Pool and Spa just a few steps away from the back patio. Guest are welcome to park in the one car garage, and also utilize driveway parking. Full Size Washer & Dryer are located in the garage.

GUEST booking the property must be 25 YEARS OLD, & must occupy the property during the entire term of the booking.   The main guest (MG) is responsible for behavior of all occupants.

Maximum OCCUPANCY is provided in the property listing. 2 people per bedroom.  

No excessive NOISE allowed beyond the property. City prohibits renters from using sound devices (radios, sound systems, etc.) & musical instruments outside the rental property between 10 p.m. & 10 a.m. Failure to comply will result in fines, & removal from property without refund.

1 CAR is allowed per bedroom. Guests must use garage & driveway parking. No street parking, no boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs.
 
If a property is not PET friendly, we may allow a pet under certain circumstances. Please inquire. For pet friendly properties please disclose if bringing a pet at the time of reservation inquiry. A non refundable fee of $250 is required. Pets allows only if under 35 lbs and one pet. Unauthorized pets will result in fee of $500. 

SMOKING of any kind is prohibited at the property.  Smoke smell/odor found post departure authorizes manager to remediate the smoke smell, & the main guest will incur a fee of $2.10 per sq. ft. times the property square footage per title records.

BBQ only be used if provided by the Owner & do not relocate BBQ. Open flame is prohibited, I.E candle burning, charcoal BBQ’s. Do not dismantle smoke & carbon monoxide detectors. 

All guests & responsible occupant acknowledge use of the pool/spa amenities increase the risk of injury &/or death. POOL AND SPA use is at your own risk. THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Use of Pool, Spa and Pool Area amenities can cause serious injury, including death. The occupants accept this risk when booking the property.

POOL HEATING may be added to your booking. Daily pool heating fee is based on current rates of Natural Gas and size of the pool. Please inquire with the booking agent for a quote. 

The manager will request a copy of the main guest ID prior to check in.  Main guest may be required to sign additional agreements. No refunds for early depatures. 

UNINTENTIONAL DAMAGE must be reported to the manager prior to departure. Accidental property damage is covered up to $1,500 by LDW Fee in your booking fee. Accidental damage not reported during the stay will be treated as intentional damage & the cost will be charged to the Main Guest reservation.

If  property is no longer able to honor this reservation due to unforeseen circumstances & out of Manager’s or Owner’s control, Manager will issue a full refund immediately to the Responsible Occupant.

Reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of deposit, damage deposit, &/or balance of rental payment. If any occupant violates any terms of this agreement, PDVP may terminate this Agreement. PDVP will notify the Responsible Occupant of agreement termination, & the Responsible Occupant will vacate the promise within 3 hours.

Building Codes that are applicable for residential homes are not required for handicap accessibility. This home is not ADA compliant. Manager is not aware of any toxic fungus/mold or other mold which may exceed allowable levels.

Neither does the owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

The MAIN GUEST booking the property must be 25 YEARS OLD, and must occupy the property during the entire term of the booking.   The main guest is responsible for behavior of other occupants.

One CAR is allowed per bedroom. Assigned parking spaces may apply for properties located within an HOA. Guests must use garage parking and driveway parking first. No street parking is allowed.

POOL AND SPA use is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Use of  Pool, Spa and Pool Area amenities can cause serious injury, including death. The occupants accept this risk when booking the property. 

POOL HEATING is not included in the rental rate for 27 day or longer stays from October trough April. Pool heating may be added to your booking at the rate of $35 per day.

Guest Bookings 27 days or longer require a Security Deposit of $2,500.

We enjoyed our stay on Lupine Lane. Absolutely loved the location. Pool and spa were great. The bed was comfortable. The only complaint was the TV. The streaming wasn’t working well, we had to either unplug the TV or the box. Could still watch TV but was just a little annoying. Thanks for letting us stay there!

The condo was excellent and totally meet our needs. Very spacious with many amenities. Probably to big for just the two of us.. ha ha. We are also appreciative of Ashley for coordinating and booking and to Boris for his attention to our small plumbing concern. 4.5 Stars is our rating.

I would highly recommend the unit at 45418 lupine lane. First the location is great. You are within walking distance of most restaurants and a great grocery store Jensen Foods. There is no need for a rental car if you stay at this unit. The unit is well appointed. The kitchen looks like it has been recently remodeled. The appliances are great and it is equipped enough for you to be able to cook meals in when you like. The bath room in the Master bedroom is large and recently redone. The outdoor area is spacious and comfortable and just a few steps from the pool. The rental company Palm Desert Vacation Rentals is also great to work with. They go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. In summary a great rental. I will rent there again next time we are in Palm Desert.

Magical Retreat

My husband and I decided to spend some time in the desert as he can “work from home”. Our unit was perfect for just that. It is immaculate, well appointed, and comfortable. We enjoyed a few dinners on our private patio, and once used the outdoor grill. The grill worked beautifully and came with a full tank of propane, not always the case. :-). My friends joined me for tennis one morning on the well maintained property tennis courts. We spent afternoons at the pool, often just the two of us! I highly recommend this property.

Very nice condo in a superb location

We enjoyed a short visit to Palm Desert, and this condo was very nicely located near the El Paseo shopping area. It is also centrally located for the entire area, just 1/2 hour to La Quinta or Palm Springs. The condo is very nice, up to date and clean. The set up great for two couples with the upstairs bed/bath and the same downstairs. The location is very quiet and night. The only issue was that some of the dishes were not very clean. The wine glasses even had lip prints on them from prior use. We plan to use this condo for another stay next year.

This condo was perfect for me. It had plenty of space, good basic amenities, pool, hot tub, and tennis courts included. It was well located near El Paseo. It was also quiet, with most of the other condo owners there only on weekends. My unit was dark, very little daylight, due to its positioning .

Great, spacious condo. Clean with fully stocked kitchen equipment. Great parking on super quiet street. 2 minute walk to El Paseo with it's Rodeo-Drive style shops, restaurants and galleries. 5-7 minute walk to chain and mom & pop restaurants. 40 minute walk to the foothills for hiking. Numerous nude artworks that may be inappropriate for some. Fine quality bed linens, good laundry access. Kitchen well stocked with many newer appliances. I would stay there again.

A perfect place!

We spent an extended weekend and totally loved it. Walking distance down to El Paseo, tennis courts and pool just outside the door. Nicole (Property Manager) was very responsive when we reached out. We had no issues what so ever during our stay. The house offer everything you need. We will be back, it is such a perfect place.

Excellent location

The location is great but the kitchen cupboards are a little outdated. Any problems we encountered were handled quickly by Nicole. I have suggested a couple of upgrades to Nicole for future guests and our stay in 2021. Pool just about 20 steps from the back door as well as the spa. There are 2 pools and during the winter they alternate which pool will be heated. The 2 hot tubs are heated by just turning on a switch for about 25 minutes before using. Quiet location with easy access to a grocery store so a car really isn't necessary unless to get from the airport which is about a 20 to 25 minute drive or to do sight seeing of the area. Lots of restaurants on El Paseo which is about a 1/2 block from this condo.

We loved the condo! The location was great... super easy to get to and around town and perfect for shopping. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. We had the best time at this condo!! It was clean, bright and spacious. The check in process was so easy and the location can’t be beat. It is just steps away from all the fantastic shopping and dining on El Paseo and a quick drive to anything else. The pool is so convenient and comes in handy during those hot desert days. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Palm Desert!

Amazing location

We travelled to the Palm Desert with our 3.5 and 1.5 year old daughters. I had chosen this location because of the proximity to El Paseo and a previous review stating the condo is family friendly. I couldn’t agree more. This place is absolutely amazing. We walked to dinner every night. There was so much to look at and do. The pool is closer to the condo than my garage is to my house at home. The condo is clean and spacious. The only downside is the playground-like rail on the stairs. Our 1.5 year old loves to climb so it was a lot of pulling her off the rail...but that’s just her personality. Great location, great price, great condo!!! We loved our trip!

El Paseo Condo

This condo was as advertised! Great location, ample space with access to a hot tub and heated pool and tennis courts. We had our two year old and two month old and the unit was quiet enough for naps and they supplied a pack and play. We felt safe with the two gates blocking the toddler to the pool. And we were able to enjoy the restaurants that were all in walking distance including Starbucks, Mastros and Tommy Bahamas. There is also a grocery store, Jensons, that was walking distance. The dishwasher broke and the management company had someone in to look at it immediately. They were excellent to deal with. The unit itself is a bit dated but it’s all you need to enjoy the area.

Easy registration and check in process and perfect accommodation. Condo was clean, modern and so close to El Paseo. Only small inconvenience was the lack of proper kitchen utensils...a new set of cutlery and some sharp knives would solve the problem. Loved the pool and tennis courts just outside the door. Would definitely recommend and would love to return.
