Condo was as advertised. Well equipped. Responsive property management. Short walk across bridge to Assay Hill Lift in the morning (or bus to the mall right in front of unit). Ski back across bridge at the end of the day. Only caveat; lots of stairs involved! Good high elevation training!

Beautiful, clean and comfortable stay. Quiet neighborhood in perfect location between Vail and Beaver Creek. Close to great restaurants. Private hot tub was exactly what we needed after skiing all day. Heated bathroom floors was a bonus. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful long weekend trip!

This property was perfect, felt like home, it was exactly what the description says plus more, perfect for multiple families, plenty of sleeping accommodations, nearby restaurants, stores,gas stations etc, and any questions you may have Jessica responds rather quickly, highly recommend. I give my experience a perfect 10/10

CDM is one of our go-to locations for relaxing, long days at the beach and enjoying all the great restaurants. This was our second stay at 607 Larkspur and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Scott is a great host, very responsive and professional. We will definitely book again.

Having stayed for 5 weeks we had a very relaxing time in the unit, there was only one problum,and that was sorted the next day. Only thing I would say is the balcony furniture could do with updating. Great location across from Johns pass.
