This is our third consecutive winter stay at Shadowbrook and second in Unit 403. We love it! Comfortable , convenient access to bus service, the Mall and Snowmass base, and very attentive support staff. We plan to return.

The place was beautiful! Exceeded our expectations!! Towel animal left by the cleaning person, the views were breathtaking!! Everything in town was about 20 minutes away - only about 7 or 8 miles but take your time going up and down the roads, worth every minute of it!! There were two hot tubs and a beautifully kept pool! Plenty of room and comfortable living space! Couldn’t of asked for better!

We had a wedding to attend at Ft. Fisher and needed a place for the whole family to stay. 3 generations. I was a little worried about having everybody in close quarters, but Bella Mar is not close quarters. It is beautiful and spacious and we all had plenty of room to be together or on our own.

This was our second stay at properties owned by The Bronx. We enjoyed both stays in the 2 Bdtm and 1 BDRM. The only reason we didn’t give a 5 Star this stay was the cleaning service left the bathroom with dirty mats and a broken sink pipe that flooded the floor as I washed my face. Not sure how this was missed! The good news it was resolved with one phone call to our satisfaction.

We had a great stay at Polynesian Shores 102. The unit is fantastic with updated kitchen and appliances. The development is quiet and a wonderful respite from the crowds. This is an amazing home base for a family trip to Maui.
