Clean place with good location very close to beach. Beach was great and not crowded. Downside was the condition of some of beach chairs and 1 small beach umbrella for 4 people. There were beach umbrellas to rent but not near by,. Have 4 good beach chairs and a 2nd umbrella and i give place a 5.

We really enjoyed our visit to 853 Deer Blvd. The condo had everything we could need and it was clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with top notch dishes, pots, and all the extras. The Itrip vacation staff was great to work with and we will definitely be in tough with them the next time we want to rent a place in Vail area. Thanks so much, Maureen!

Stayed at this rental for a quasi-family reunion in January. Lovely home with very comfortable amenities. Covered pool and hot tub was an added treat. Bright with lovely decor. Location was fantastic. Walked to the water and explored the Ringling property and museums located close by the property. Would recommend this rental, you will not be disappointed.

We love our place. The only 2 things I would suggest would be to let renters know how to get in the building when they first arrive. And then I'd suggest putting a ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom as well. Thank you.

We were very impressed with our accommodation. There were no problems with the booking and checking in went very well. During our stay the staff at iTrip were prompt, professional and polite (patient with us as well). A great location to relax, enjoy yourself and make pleasant memories!
