AGREEMENT
Whistler iTrip Vacation Properties (WPVP) the Agent of the Owners, and Tenant agree as
follows: Above Tenant is at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult"), or approval of
tenants age has been met by WPVP. In addition to Tenant, other authorized occupants may be
family members or friends of Tenant. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling
within the foregoing categories.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
A deposit totaling 35% of the agreed upon total amount is due with acceptance of rental
agreement. Payment of deposit shall be deemed as acceptance of this rental agreement. Payment
may be made by major credit card service offered by WPVP at time of reservation. We accept
VISA or MASTERCARD.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
The minimum amount of the damage deposit is $500 and may be increased at management's
discretion. The damage deposit is taken at time of key pick up from our central reservations
front desk in Whistler. This will be a credit pre-auth hold on your card, then the hold is released
upon 10 days of your departure.
BALANCE PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. You will get an email reminder
with a link to pay online, however you can pay earlier by logging onto your
reservation on our itrip websiteand using your email address as the log in name.
**AIRBNB guests pay based on the Airbnb schedule as they handle all payment**
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur
at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund. There will be no
refund for early departure. Some exceptions will be considered.
HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and are not to be taken from the
property.
KEYS
  1. Whistler Village and surrounding homes - keys will be picked up at Whistler Reception Services located at 4314 Main Street in Whistler
  2. For Glacier Lodge unit arrivals:  you will check in directly at Glacier Lodge - 4573 Chateau Blvd, Whistler, BC V8E 0Z5
  3. For Creekside units you will receive an email with Remote check in instructions by noon on check in day.
NONSMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside..
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy,
as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
2. Beds that were used should be left UN-MADE so cleaning staff can change all linens and make beds. Towels should be left in pile in bathroom.
3. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises.
4. Close all blinds in all rooms.
5. The maximum number of overnight occupants shall not exceed advertised capacity of the property, not including a child in a crib.
6. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other
properties.
7. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, decks or common areas of properties.
8. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of
twenty-five (25)…unless authorized by management.

HOLD HARMLESS,WPVP, iTrip or the Owner, do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable
service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of
God, or other reasons beyond its control. Refund to cover the expense or make other arrangement for payment if the deposit has already been refunded.

This place was great and had everything we needed for a long weekend up in Whistler. Can't beat the location right in the village, staff were friendly, everything was clean & in good shape. Was perfect for the group of 3 we had. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect flat in the village

Great flat we shared with a second couple. Space was clean. Bathroom had a powerful shower, and the heat in the flat worked well. Nice to have new washer and drier as well. Located right near the quieter end of the village but within 5 minutes of everything. Staff were nice as well and helpful. Would stay here again. Only complaint is the elevator had a mind of its own, but nothing to worry about other than taking unplanned rides up and down. Great balcony to watch the snowfall at night too.

Adequate condo in the North Village

This is a fairly bare bones condo in Eagle Lodge. The best thing in the condo was the washer and dryer which were obviously new. The glassware in the kitchen was missing several pieces with entry level wine glasses. The coffee pot only makes 4 cups. There weren't any functioning chest of drawers (the one in the closet is broken) or a luggage rack so we lived out of suitcases on the floor for 10 days. The living room became a walk in closet for our ski gear. From the beginning of our 10 day stay, we had an issue with the water not being hot enough in the shower. On the first day we contacted the front desk who said it was the "time of day." When it continued the second day, we notified the reservation manager who contacted Strata, the building manager. We were told we would receive updates. On the eighth day, they finally sent a plumber who fixed the problem. We were told that we would receive "compensation" for the inconvenience but as of this date we haven't received any.

I stayed for six days at this condo. It worked perfectly for my wife and son. It’s a great spot for a ski/snowboarding trip. You are an easy five minute walk to the slopes, with plenty of restaurants around. I’d recommend this for anyone that’s looking for an easy and affordable condo.

4/5 pretty nice suite. Good location…my only knock here is it faces a major walkway which can get pretty noisy at 2am My only other criticism would be a full size coffee maker and a service update on the A/C unit. Very clean suite, in room laundry is huge plus

Awesome first time to Whistler

What a terrific couple days! The condo was lovely and well-cared for. The pullout couch was brand new and comfortable for two adults. The linens were new and clean. It was centrally located to walk to everything in the village. If you don't have skiers in the group, they will not get bored with all there is to see and do just out the door. The walk to the slopes is about 12 min in ski boots. You could take a bus directly out behind the building, if you wanted to ride the 300 yards or so to the gondolas. There is a ski storage closet in the lobby that was helpful and the parking is secure. It was $15 a night upon arrival to park. Very nice owners and check-in team. We can't wait to go back this Spring.

Very nice place. Clean. Everything in working order. Did not realize when booking that parking was not included. Not even one stall for main occupant. Photos were a bit misleading about location in village. Thanks for everything had a great time. Will be back next year

The 2 of us and our little dog stayed in Eagle Lodge for a week of Spring skiing this March. The unit was great, and was probably the best we've stayed in in Whistler (have been skiing in Whistler every year for the past 10 years). The unit was in top condition (recently renovated?) with very comfortable furniture and a kitchen fully stocked with plates, utensils etc. Particularly enjoyed the balcony (awesome to sit out on in the evening) and the seating area by the large window. Amazingly central location with everything in Whistler within a short walk. Already trying to book the same unit for next year!

The unit location is perfect. It's away from the base of the mountain, but still in the village. It's less than a 10 minute stroll from the condo to the base. We rented a locker by the base, so we didn't have to carry ski/board everyday. The unit was very clean. It is dated, but the view of the village and the big TV made up for the lack of charm. The kitchen has basic amenities, so don't expect to cook. My only complaint is the bed. It was extreamly, extreamly, extreamly uncomfortable, plus the bedding and sheets are old. I would definitely stay at Eagle Lodge again, but I would choose a different unit because of the bed.

Location, Location, Location

Two of us spent 2 weeks in the unit. Just over the bridge in Village North, right on the Village Stroll. Close to shopping (groceries, gear, clothes, booze), restaurants and entertainment. It's a short walk to the Skier's Plaza where you can hop on the Village Gondola or Fitzsimmons Chair to access Whistler or the Excalibur Gondola to Blackcomb. You can make your life even easier if you store your skis/boards at the Affinity Sports storage room next to the Excalibur. The condo is well equipped for cooking and has a nice smart TV to connect your devices to. The Shaw cable wasn't HD but the wifi was fast enough for streaming. There's a nice balcony that faces southwest that would be great to sit in the sun after a day on the slopes. Maybe the decor is a little dated, but it's still very comfortable. Check-in and out were simple and service was excellent. All-in-all a great place for a ski holiday.

Comfortable condo in a great location

Right in the heart of the village close to all the restaurants and shops. The condo itself is very comfortable and well stocked to cook great meals! The washer and dryer are also very practical for long stays and I loved the bench by the window for reading or working! Would definitely book again.
