The condo was perfect for our family of 5 (kid ages of 14, 11, and 9). Conveniently located near two bus stops that take you to Lionshead or Vail Village for free in 10 minutes or less. Better value than staying in Lionshead or Vail Village ... would definitely stay here again.

This house exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect. The house was clean and the leasing agents were very accessible with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Steamboat Colorado! We will definitely be back and man I cannot wait!

Very nice place. Clean, well equipped for bathing and sleep. There were also pet treats. While there was coffee and good coffee pot there were not paper or china coffee cups. Minimal silverware or plates. Beside an excellent bakery for weekends

We loved this home and can't wait to return. From the minute we arrived, everything was perfect. Easy check-in, beautifully decorated (clean) home, nice welcome-gift left by iTrip, comfortable beds, very nice outdoor area, and the pool was the BEST! We just couldn't stop talking about the beautiful view from the pool. We can't wait to go back next summer.

My husband and I enjoyed our recent stay at this very beautiful, clean, and convenient villa! We loved being so close to the beach! Another added plus was being able to have our bikes right outside our door! We loved having our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the beautiful oaks with the hanging Spanish moss and fountain!
