This beautiful 9-bedroom villa is one of the largest villas available for rental in the Disney area! Great for large groups and sleeps an amazing 30 people!

This villa spans over 3,800 sq/ft of professionally furnished decor and furnishings. This awesome home has a south-facing pool and privacy screen. Champions Gate Resort has fantastic amenities (The Oasis), social and recreational amenities for everyone in the family with golf, clubhouses, a lagoon pool with slide, kids playground and splash zone, fine and casual dining, tennis and volleyball, a poolside lounge and grill, lazy river and a fitness center.

The property features 9 bedrooms and 5 baths.

GROUND FLOOR:

On the ground floor, you will enjoy one master suite with a king-size bed, a separate shower, and a garden tub in the bathroom. There is also a separate entrance to the pool area through this master.

The second bedroom also located on the first floor offers a king bed and shared bath. Both of these bedrooms have blackout curtains for those who like to sleep in.

The living room is open and spacious with a total of three sofas to relax and enjoy the TV and watch a movie on Blu-Ray DVD player. This area opens to the partially covered and fully screened lanai and pool area. The large dining area seats ten around the table and another four at the breakfast bar.

If you feel like cooking the beautiful and fully stocked granite and stainless steel kitchen is ready for you. All of this is designed to be open and family-ready. This family-friendly home also offers free local calling and free WI-FI and a safe where you can keep personal items.

SECOND FLOOR:

Pool Deck

Large South facing pool with privacy screen and spa available with optional pool heating at $30/day (3 night minimum), recommended from October - May. There are two separate patio tables with chairs and lounge chairs to enjoy the Florida sun. Please note that the spa does not heat up like a hot tub. If pool heat is purchased, the spa will be heated to the same temperature as the pool.

Game Room with gorgeous Foosball table, pool table, and large television.

This community is surrounded by 36 holes of golf offered through the Omni Hotel.

The great home is approximately 15 minutes from the entrance of Disney. No where can you get this kind of luxury for the price.

The house was designed for multiple families, but this trip was 15 adult men who aren't sleeping together - yet we found the accommodations to be amazing! 16 beds in the house, one more comfortable than the next, game room, multiple televisions, plenty of dining space, heated pool, easy access, detailed instructions...the list goes on and on. And all for over $1000 LESS than it would have cost us to stay in a 3-star hotel in the same area! This is the second time I have booked this exact house for a group of men on a missions trip. I cannot speak highly enough of the owner, the property, the accommodations, the location, and the overall experience with iTrip. Let this fact tell the story for me: in 2019, we finished our trip on a Sunday and within a couple weeks we had settled on the dates for the 2020 trip AND booked this house for the next year....11 moths in advance because we didn't want to lose it! Property exceeded my expectations, well-maintained, clean and large enough for a group of 27 to be comfortable . The children enjoyed the pool and patio area. All beds and pillows were comfortable. Rooms are spacious , the resort amenities were great as well. Customer service great all emails answered rather quickly. We work hard to make sure your stay is issue-free! If issues arise, please let us know as soon as you can. Your welcome letter will share multiple ways that you can get in touch with us and we will work quickly to fix what comes up. Please note that regular maintenance items may take up to 24 hours to resolve. 
Typically, maid service is only scheduled for after your departure. For stays of 30+ days, we may require one or more cleaning visits to the home. If you would like to add a cleaning stop during your stay, just reach out and let us know! Prices vary on the size of the home. 
A: YES! If you would like to add pool heat to your reservation, please reach out to us after you have booked your stay!

It is important to keep in mind: 
  • Pool heat is available from October through April.
  • Pool heat requires a minimum of 3 nights' purchase 
  • Pool heat is set at a constant 85 Fahrenheit/29.4 Celsius and is NOT ADJUSTABLE
  • The pool heater will heat the water 10-15 degrees above the outside ambient temperature (if the outside temperature is 65F the water can be expected to be 75F)
  • Pool heaters will not work if the ambient outside temperature falls below 55 Fahrenheit/16 Celsius.
  • The pool heater only runs when the pool pumps are circulating the water, which is not 24/7. Most pumps turn off to conserve power after 10p.
  • Please double-check your listing; spas are not hot tubs and spa temperature will be the same temperature as the pool.
  • The pool heater runs only while the pool pump is operating; most units have the pool pump set to turn off around 8p. 
  • No refunds will be given if local weather conditions cause the pool water temperature to fall short of expectations.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
The primary renter must be 25+ years of age and proof may be required at any time.

PRIMARY RENTER
Please make sure the information we have (phone number, email address) for the primary renter is accurate and up to date at all times. We work hard to share all applicable information for the home and in the event of an emergency, we need to make sure we can get ahold of you! 

ADDITIONAL FEES - Additional fees will be added to the reservation by adding any of the following to your reservation: pets, pool heat, grill rental, crib rental, early check-in, late checkout, additional guests, etc. These fees must be paid in full before the trip begins. Some Resort Communities will charge additional amenities fees and these may or may not be included in your reservation, and they may or may not be optional. By signing this agreement, non-optional fees are due to the resort and they may pursue legal action if those fees are not paid. 

NO SMOKING OR VAPING • NO EXCEPTIONS
Smoking and/or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited. Florida law prohibits smoking/vaping on balconies of shared housing (condos/apartments) or shared entryways with other units. Fines starting at $500 will be issued for ANY evidence of smoking or vaping is found in the unit after your departure.

PETS
Pets are allowed in designated homes ONLY and are required to be included in the occupancy disclosed with your booking. Additional fees, security deposits, and a health screening are required of any pet. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal and up to a $500 fine.

LINNENS • TOWELS • SUPPLIES
Your home will be furnished with bed linens, blankets, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels, if applicable. It will also have ONE of each of the following: body soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, dishwasher tab, clothes washer tab, 1 garbage bag per garbage can, toilet paper, and paper towels. Since occupancy and stay lengths vary, please be prepared to purchase any additional supplies needed for your stay.

FINES/DAMAGES - Any damages to the home or its contents are the financial responsibility of the tenant. Fines will be assessed for but are not limited to the following: tampering of any kind with pool equipment, unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs, unauthorized pets, smoking of any kind in the home, additional cleanings, etc. If it is determined that a maintenance call-out is a false report or due to an issue caused by the Tenant or any of their guests, the tenant may be charged a trip fee (on top of any applicable repair costs). Costs incurred to clear drain lines, sewer lines, and garbage disposals of blockages caused by the Tenant will be charged to the Tenant.

ENTRY BY OWNER/AGENT
The owner or owner's agents may enter the premises due to an emergency, necessary/agreed-upon repairs/alterations/improvements/services, or showing to prospective purchasers, renters, or contractors. If you report a maintenance issue, expect that we will send teams to fix them. 
 
FURNISHINGS
Do not move or remove any furnishings from the premises or property. Fines will be incurred for theft or damages. 
 
GARBAGE
The tenant is responsible for the collection and removal of all trash during the stay. Specific trash instructions will be shared in your welcome letter. 
 
HAZARDOUS PRACTICES
No grills of any kind are permitted inside or in any covered areas. Grills may be used only in open-air areas 50+ feet away from the home. No open flames (e.g., candles, turkey fryers, tiki torches, etc) are permitted anywhere on the premises. Do not dismantle smoke, carbon monoxide detectors, or pool alarms as they are for your protection.

HOLD HARMLESS
iTrip nor the Owner of the premises assume any liability for (i) loss, damage, illness, or injury to persons or their personal property that occurs during their stay on the premises; (ii) any inconveniences, damage, loss, or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, internet access, electricity or plumbing or (iii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from or due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond their control.

MAINTENANCE
Please report any maintenance needs and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to, utility outages, HOA-controlled amenities, heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and internet/WIFI.

PARKING
Parking is limited to the designated area(s) and guests assume all risks. Neither the Owner, Owners Association, nor iTrip is responsible for any vehicle damage/theft. No boats, jet skis, campers, trailers, or RVs, are allowed. Please check your welcome letter for specific HOA rules regarding parking. 

POOL, SPA & PATIO/DECK
Tenant acknowledges that if the premises reserved include a pool and/or spa, no lifeguard is on duty. The pool, spa, and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur. Diving, horseplay, or running is prohibited. No child or adult non-swimmer is permitted to use the pool without adult supervision by a strong swimmer. NO GLASS is allowed in the pool area. 

The pool alarm and pool fence are required by Florida law and MUST NOT be tampered with or disabled. Tenant must immediately report any problems with pool, spa, or safety fencing. Tenant and guests accept and assume all risks involved in using the pool, hot tub, and patio/deck and agree that neither the Owner, owners’ association nor iTrip accepts any responsibility whatsoever in the case(s) of accident or illness resulting from use of these amenities.

UNIT OCCUPANCY/DISTURBANCES
The maximum occupancy is based on the property limitations in the rental reservation. No parties or events are allowed. Tenants will be removed, fined, and will forfeit all monies for: Exceeding maximum occupancy, any illegal activity, damage to the premises or to neighboring properties; and any acts interfering with neighbors’ right to quiet of their premises.
Quiet Time: 10:00PM – 7:00AM

STAIRS/ACCESSIBILITY
There may be stairs to enter the premises (see pictures and inquire if any concerns).

FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS • HOA RULES
Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all FLORIDA state laws, as well as LOCAL laws and HOA rules while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida may result in removal and forfeiture of rental fees and security/damage deposits.

HOAs and Resorts
Many of our units reside in communities controlled by an HOA (Home Owner's Association), and we must abide by their rules. These rules may include (but are not limited to): registering all vehicles and drivers staying at the unit, vehicle restrictions and limits, registering all guests of the unit, specific trash protocol, pet breed restrictions, quiet times, additional amenity fees, gated entry, and more. Our team will be in touch if your unit falls under an HOA that has additional requirements for entry and specific HOA and Resort rules and requirements will be shared in your welcome letter. 

Some Resort Communities require additional fees to be paid to the resort and these fees may or may not be included in your reservation totals. Regardless of if these fees are included in your reservation or not, you acknowledge that you are responsible for paying them, and agree to do so. 

DAMAGES
Accidents happen! Please report any damages as soon as possible so we can work to have them resolved. Ultimately, as the guest, you are responsible financially for any damages that occur to the property during your reservation.

I enjoyed my stay, but the pots and skillets are very old. The family room upstairs don't have a remote and the room with the three bedrooms TV is not connecting to the cable. There are carpet stains on the stairs and landing. I took photos. The patio door is hard to open and the laundry room door don't stay closed. I love the kitchen. I think it's time to remodel the home. Thank you for the stay.

I absolutely love this house because it big enough to accommodate my entire family with room to spare. My only complaint is upon check in there were a pile of garbage in front of the property and there was no hot water in any of the bathrooms.

Thanksgiving birthday with family

Since my birthday was on Thanksgiving Day this year I wanted to do something nice with my family. I rented this home for 4 nights after having issues with other properties on VRBO this one became available and I was excited. The home is nice and very spacious. We had enough room for everyone to sleep and be comfortable. The area is beautiful. Due to the weather we didn’t get to really utilize the pool or the Oasis Clubhouse. For the amount of money people pay to rent this house I feel that at least the Jacuzzi should be heated and included in the rental. To be charged a fee of $30 a night is a little absurd. The only drawback to the home is there were a lot of scratches to the furniture, such as the wood tables. The vertical blinds at the sliding door are missing a lot of them so you can see into the home, there’s a piece of blind missing in the master bedroom toilet area as well. The baseboards could be cleaned. The towels that are provided need to uniform in color and better quality. The ones provided looks as if someone just brought them from their personal stash at home. All different colors, styles, and look old. It made it a little hard to tell what towel, wash clothes, or dish towels belonged to the house. The back bathroom to the left the shower curtain rod wasn’t mounted correctly and kept falling down. Every now and then a little roach would appear. Oh and people parking on the street makes it a little hard to get in and out of the driveway and down the street. All in all I would definitely rent with this company again.

Thank you for your review Monica. We are in the process of replacing the header for the vertical blind slats as they keep falling. We charge a nominal $30 per night for pool heating as it is expensive to heat a large volume of water. We will also take another look at the towels in the home. We treat all of our homes for pests and utilize a professional pest control service to do so. It is not uncommon in Florida to encounter a bug or two but we will have pest control visit to check it out. We will also look at the shower curtain rod, sometimes the springs weaken that hold the rod secure against the walls. Thank you and we look forward to your next stay with us.

This is my second visit to this community. I was not at all happy with this experience first of my my air conditioning was broken secondly the fridge was leaking They were blinds missing in. The house The size of the house was good the amenities of the house and property are amazing I didn’t use the grill wasn’t aware it was gas Would really like a refund on that service

Your call to her was received on Friday, Oct. 8 at 11:16 p.m. Our AC service was not able to visit the home the same day of your arrival due to the late hour so we scheduled a visit next day. We called you back to let you know that the appointment was set up for Noon - 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 9, at which time you sat that was fine. The AC technician actually arrived at 10:19 a.m., much earlier than scheduled so we would think this was a positive thing for you. The a/c was fixed at that time. You did not mention any issues with the refrigerator during two phone calls with our Operations manager.

Great house! Had 8 adults and 11 children. Very comfortable home. Plenty of room. Pool and hot tub were great! Kitchen definitely needs more cooking wear and utensils. (More forks and spoons, frying pans and large cooking pots for large families, griddle and more than two sets of dish towels. Kari, with ITrip was very responsive to all our needs!

Hi Linda, Thank you for your review, however it is a bit vague. If you are referring to the issue you had with the shower valve in one of the 5 bathrooms in the house we are not clear on why you feel our customer service was "too slow". We have it documented that we received a call from you through our 24 hour answering service a 8:48 p.m.. Our operations manager spoke to you and you reported that you had problem with the shower. We immediately contacted our maintenance technician who said he would need to go to the hardware store to purchase the part but because it was almost 9pm by that time, the hardware stores would be closed (they close at 9pm) he would have to fix it in the morning. Our maintenance technician called you back to let you know and he would be there in the morning for the repair, which he was and the problem was resolved and you were kept apprised if the situation. We apologize for the inconvenience of having one less shower for one evening. Thank you again.

The house was amazing, with plenty of room for 23+ people. Any issues we had were taken care of promptly. I would definitely recommend this house. If we stay in the Orlando area again we will definitely consider staying here again.

The house was designed for multiple families, but this trip was 15 adult men who aren't sleeping together - yet we found the accommodations to be amazing! 16 beds in the house, one more comfortable than the next, game room, multiple televisions, plenty of dining space, heated pool, easy access, detailed instructions...the list goes on and on. And all for over $1000 LESS than it would have cost us to stay in a 3-star hotel in the same area! Not only has this company earned my trust and respect, but I am storing this address to look for this exact home in the future!

Perfect House!!

We stayed there for our Family vacation last week which we are a big family, the house had 9 bedrooms, most of them had couple of beds in them and the ones that only had one bed were king size which worked out perfect for all our 30 members of the family, kids loved the pool, also the house was very well kept, pool got dirty within our second day the maintenance guy came in and cleaned it within hours, also rented a grill from a company known by the property management which wasnt too big but it worked. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a house for a big group of people!! I will definitely stay there again, close to shops and restaurants!!!

This is a beautiful, clean house. Very spacious for the 20 of us. We did all the cooking during our stay and had everything in the kitchen you would need to cook. I liked that you put the trash outside and everyday they came a took it away. Only 1 problem was with the pool heater, and because it was over Christmas it took longer to get fixed. But it got fixed and heated the pool like promised. The kids had a great time in the game room. Found out there is Netflix on most of the TVs which was nice. The houses are very close together but when your in the pool area it doesn’t feel like that. Which was a plus for me. Overall, it’s a great house and I would definitely recommend it to a large group/family to rent. I would rent it again

Everythings fairly good except the pool was not working when we got here and the downstairs tv isn't working. Someone has come out both days we have been here for the pool and we found out that a tech isn't coming out till Monday so we are left with a broken pool all weekend. We have called about the tv twice and they say they will call back but havent.

the amenities at champions gate are incredible! Best- house was walking distance to lazy river, water slide, pools, clubhouse, movies, gym, restaurant, bar and playroom! House was plenty big for 16 (6 kids- 10 adults) decorated beautifully! Tv s everywhere! Logged in to our net flicks in living room to watch a couple movies. Game room was so much fun. Pantry is empty- waiting for your groceries- big! kitchen well stocked, refrigerator had auto ice maker. No losing keys with keypad entry to home. Beds and pillows were quality (linens less so) pictures are a great representation. Huge showers! Washer/dryer on second floor is convenient. Worst- management not returning 5 calls. Pool/ hot tub at house not working until day 8 (paid for heat) Tips: bring beach towels and get up earliest to shower(slow recovery hot water) wifi not strong (but to be fair we had 10 plus using at one time)

Thank you for the feedback as that is how we improve our processes. Regarding the non return of phone calls, our maintenance team was in a bad area for reception originally and was texting the guest and continued to as it was quick communication (we copy off text screen shots for the file) as phone calls were not accomplishing what we were trying to explain. The pool heater went down during the stay and under warranty which was fixed, however, we refunded compensation and pool heat paid for the inconvenience. During the stay we were never informed the wifi was not strong or hot water recovery and have never had previous guests inform us of this. We would of addressed if told. Thanks

1524 champion gate is CRAZY AWESOME

After surfing the web for days on end i came across Champion Gate...a gated community with beautiful homes and a fun place for the kids namely The Oasis Retreat. Knowing that I have a big family of approximately 30 persons (neices, nephews, sisters) I had to find a house that could accommodate all of us and be spacious enough so that everyone will be able to enjoy their vacay. 1524 was.... and is that house...jus how it looks on the internet is EXACTLY how it is when we got there......PERFECT in every way. Everyone was sooo Impressed with the decor and spaciousness of the house. I can truly say the MCKENZIE FAMILY have found our 'home away from home'! Our only problem was booking only 7days (1-week) We definitely will be back next year for 2-weeks. Hats off to Dan Wachter and the Premier Resort Properties team for a Job WELL DONE!! Annette Mac
