Absolutely beautiful home and location! Great place for a family vacation, especially on a holiday, quaint and quiet beach house, one block from the beach, which is pristine. You can drive on it or walk for enjoyment. Family friendly. Very close to downtown Saint Augustine. Had an amazing fun and stress-free trip. Highly recommended. Five star rating all the way! Plenty of parking.

Wonderful Stay in 403!!

Our stay at Royal Palms 403 was perfect! The unit is beautifully decorated and felt brand new. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. My teen daughters were able to sleep in the bunks just fine and they loved having their own bathroom. The views were gorgeous and the building is beside the Gulf Shores State Park which means the beach isn’t as crowded. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a good time- the hot tub was great, with ocean views. Big windows to watch the surf. Comfortable beds. The kitchen has basics, but enough for us to cook what we wanted. Apartment is as advertised, and photos represent it well.

The room looked just like the pictures. Beautiful accommodations. The balcony had great views of both the intercostal and the ocean. The unit is on the 7th floor so we had no issues with noise. The pool was very nice and being able to walk right onto the beach was great. Was a great stay.

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coquina Beach 4D. Rooms were bright, well equipped and inviting. Situated next to the tennis court, outdoor grills and being a short walk to the pool and beach made our vacation ideal. Clean and attractive, we look forward to staying in 4D again.
