Sarah and Steven Goodwin own and operate iTrip Hilton Head and iTrip Charleston Beaches. Since 2017, the team has provided full-service short-term rental property management services in South Carolina.

Once a vacation property is booked, our team begins to prepare for the guests' arrival. All cleaning and maintenance personnel have been carefully selected, trained, and certified to ensure each vacation rental meets the expectations of the vacationers and is returned in the same condition as the property owner desires. Efforts are made to enhance the vacationers’ experience and optimize the likelihood that they will return season after season.

When not managing vacation rentals in Hilton Head, Sarah and Steven can be found relaxing at the beach with their children or enjoying the beautiful Lowcountry scenery!
