iTrip Fort Lauderdale is locally owned and managed by Matty Soler and René Grajales. Together, they provide attentive vacation rental management for exceptional homes throughout Fort Lauderdale and neighboring South Florida communities.

They built their business around a simple belief: a remarkable home should never be treated like ordinary rental inventory. It deserves an individualized strategy, careful oversight and hospitality that reflects the character and quality of the property.

Experience That Shapes Our Approach

Matty and René met at the University of Tampa, where they earned undergraduate degrees in business administration and marketing. Both later earned MBAs. During more than 25 years of marriage, they lived in Panama and Puerto Rico before making South Florida their home.

Matty brings more than 20 years of experience in interior design, real estate and home staging. Her understanding of presentation, functionality and the way people experience a space helps guide how each home is prepared, positioned and cared for.

René began his entrepreneurial career as the owner of an international import-export company serving major supermarkets in Panama. He later worked in technology and held senior leadership positions with Fortune 100 companies, directing multibillion-dollar sales and marketing organizations across North America.

Matty and René have owned and managed rental properties in Florida, Puerto Rico and Panama. As experienced property owners, they understand the importance of protecting a home, preserving its long-term value and maintaining confidence in the people responsible for it.
