Copacabana

Tropical Backyard Retreat with Outdoor Bar Near Wilton Manors

Some vacations are measured by the places you visit. Others are remembered for the moments you share.

Welcome to Copacabana, a thoughtfully designed three-bedroom retreat where the best part of the day often begins when you return home.

Spend the afternoon exploring Fort Lauderdale Beach, Wilton Manors, Las Olas Boulevard, or Hugh Taylor Birch State Park. Then come home, pour a drink at your private outdoor bar, relax beneath the palms, and enjoy a Florida evening with the people who matter most.

Located in the quiet Poinsettia Heights neighborhood, Copacabana offers the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. You are minutes from Fort Lauderdale’s most popular attractions while enjoying the comfort of a peaceful residential setting.

The Backyard That Makes the Vacation

Every memorable home has one feature guests cannot stop talking about.

At Copacabana, it is the backyard.

Designed as an outdoor living space rather than simply a backyard, it naturally becomes the gathering place throughout your stay.

Start the day with coffee beneath the palms. Return from the beach and unwind in the hammock. Mix cocktails at the outdoor bar before dinner. End the evening around the fire pit while planning tomorrow’s adventure.

It is the kind of place where conversations last longer and nobody is ready to go inside.

Designed for Spending Time Together

Inside, the home feels bright, comfortable, and welcoming.

The open living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen create spaces where families reconnect, friends gather, and vacation memories are made.

Large windows fill the home with natural light, while comfortable furnishings and thoughtful decor create the relaxed atmosphere guests consistently describe as spacious, peaceful, and exactly as pictured.

Frequently Asked Questions

Beaches & Water Safety

South Florida’s coastline and waterways are among the region’s greatest attractions, but conditions can change quickly. Calm-looking water may still contain strong currents, marine life, boat traffic, or other hazards.

Guarded beaches and warning flags

Whenever possible, swim near an open lifeguard tower and remain within the designated swimming area. Follow all posted warnings and lifeguard instructions.

Beach flags indicate current conditions:

  • Green: Low hazard; normal caution required

  • Yellow: Moderate surf or currents; use additional caution

  • Red: Dangerous surf or strong currents; swimming is strongly discouraged

  • Double red: Water or beach closed

  • Purple: Hazardous marine life may be present

More than one flag may be displayed, and conditions can change throughout the day.

Rip currents

Rip currents are channels of water moving away from shore. If caught in one:

  1. Remain calm and conserve energy.

  2. Do not swim directly against the current.

  3. Swim parallel to shore until free of it.

  4. Then swim at an angle toward shore.

  5. If unable to escape, float or tread water and signal for help.

Inexperienced swimmers should remain in shallow water near a lifeguard. Flotation devices do not replace swimming ability or supervision.

Lightning and weather

Leave the beach, pool, boat, or water immediately when thunder is heard. Move into an enclosed building or hard-topped vehicle.

Umbrellas, tiki huts, trees, picnic shelters, and other open structures do not provide adequate lightning protection. Wait at least 30 minutes after the last thunder before returning outdoors.

Children and inexperienced swimmers

Children and inexperienced swimmers require uninterrupted adult supervision around every body of water. The supervising adult should remain close enough to intervene immediately.

Use properly fitted, U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets when appropriate. Inflatable toys, arm bands, and pool floats are not lifesaving equipment. Lifeguards do not replace adult supervision.

Marine life

South Florida waters may contain jellyfish, Portuguese man-of-war, stingrays, and other marine life. Observe purple flags and posted advisories.

Do not touch, feed, pursue, or move marine animals, including those found on the sand. Shuffle your feet when entering shallow ocean water to reduce the likelihood of surprising a stingray.

Seek assistance after a significant sting, bite, allergic reaction, breathing difficulty, severe pain, or other concerning symptoms. Call 911 for a life-threatening emergency.

Canals and the Intracoastal Waterway

Do not swim in residential canals, marinas, the Intracoastal Waterway, or anywhere not designated for swimming. These areas may contain boat traffic, currents, limited visibility, underwater hazards, seawalls, and wildlife.

Never dive from docks, bridges, seawalls, or boats into unfamiliar water.

Boating, paddleboards and kayaks

Wear a properly fitted life jacket and follow instructions from the captain, guide, or rental company. Remain alert for weather, vessel traffic, tides, bridges, and no-wake zones.

Never operate a boat or personal watercraft while impaired.

Public pools and aquatic facilities

Follow posted rules, depth markings, lifeguard instructions, and operating hours. Do not run on wet decks, dive in undesignated areas, bring glass near the water, or enter a closed facility.

Sun, heat and hydration

Use broad-spectrum sunscreen, reapply after swimming, drink water regularly, and take breaks in the shade. Sand, pavement, and pool decks can burn bare feet and dogs’ paws.

Alcohol, heat, and dehydration can impair judgment and swimming ability. Alcohol is prohibited on Fort Lauderdale’s public beach.

Before entering the water

Check the weather, warning flags, advisories, and beach status shortly before visiting. Conditions and regulations vary by municipality.

When uncertain, remain out of the water and consult a lifeguard. In an immediate life-safety emergency, call 911.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you must cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible.

Cancellations made at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a refund of amounts paid, less a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before arrival are nonrefundable.

Refunds will not be issued for late arrival, early departure, inclement weather, hurricanes, military deployment, restricted access, earthquakes, road or airport closures, pandemics, or other travel disruptions.

An exception may apply when government authorities issue a mandatory hurricane evacuation order or mandatory travel ban applicable to Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Please do not ask us to make exceptions to the cancellation policy. Travel protection is the appropriate way to protect your vacation investment against unforeseen circumstances.

Standard Travel Protection

Please notify Customer Service as soon as you realize an item was left behind.

Provide Details

Describe the item clearly, including its color, brand, size, distinguishing features, and where you believe it was left. Photos are helpful when available.

Allow Time for the Search

Our team may need time to coordinate with housekeeping and inspect the property, particularly when another guest is occupying the home.

Returning Your Item

If the item is found and you would like it returned, a $25 administrative fee will apply, plus the cost of shipping. Payment and shipping arrangements must be completed before the item is sent.

We will make a reasonable effort to locate and return forgotten belongings, but we cannot guarantee that every item will be found.

Local Services & Everyday Essentials

South Florida offers convenient access to groceries, pharmacies, healthcare, deliveries, personal services, and vacation essentials. Hours, fees, and service areas vary, so confirm details directly with the provider.

Groceries and delivery

Supermarkets, specialty markets, bakeries, wine merchants, and international grocers operate throughout Fort Lauderdale and neighboring communities.

When arranging grocery or meal delivery:

  • Provide the complete delivery address and a working mobile number
  • Monitor messages about substitutions or access
  • Meet the driver when entry to a building or gated community is restricted
  • Confirm identification requirements for alcohol delivery
  • Do not leave perishable items unattended outdoors

Pharmacies and prescriptions

Chain and independent pharmacies are widely available. Contact the pharmacy to confirm inventory, hours, insurance participation, and prescription-transfer requirements.

Keep medications in their original labeled containers and bring enough for the visit. Replacing controlled or specialized medication may require authorization from the prescribing clinician.

Medical care

Urgent-care centers treat many non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. Use a hospital or emergency department for serious conditions.

Before visiting, confirm:

  • Hours and appointment requirements
  • Accepted insurance
  • Available services
  • Required identification
  • Pediatric or specialty-care availability

Call 911 for an immediate life-safety emergency.

Community and crisis resources

Call 211 to locate health, social, crisis, and community services in Broward County.

Call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Call 911 when there is immediate danger or a medical emergency.

For possible poisoning, call Florida’s Poison Control Centers at 1-800-222-1222. Do not wait for symptoms or induce vomiting unless instructed by a medical professional.

Beach and outdoor supplies

Sunscreen, hats, coolers, chairs, umbrellas, towels, water shoes, fishing supplies, and other essentials are available from supermarkets, pharmacies, sporting-goods stores, surf shops, and beach retailers.

Some providers rent chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, paddleboards, and other equipment. Confirm delivery arrangements, weather policies, cancellation terms, and return requirements before booking.

Personal services

Spas, salons, barbers, massage providers, fitness studios, and mobile professionals serve the area. Advance reservations are recommended during weekends, holidays, events, and winter season.

Review pricing, cancellation terms, credentials where applicable, and gratuity policies. Providers entering a vacation property must comply with its visitor and access requirements.

Laundry and dry cleaning

Laundromats, wash-and-fold services, and dry cleaners operate throughout Broward County. Confirm turnaround times, particularly for same-day or specialty service.

For questions about the property’s laundry equipment, linens, towels, or housekeeping, use the appropriate reservation support channel.

Packages and mail

Do not assume packages or mail can be securely delivered to a vacation property. Buildings and gated communities may restrict couriers, lack secure storage, or reject deliveries for unregistered recipients.

Verify the permitted delivery method before shipping anything. Avoid sending passports, medications, valuables, or time-sensitive items unless secure receipt is confirmed.

Accessibility needs

Accessible transportation, beaches, attractions, and mobility-equipment rentals may require advance arrangements. Confirm the exact accommodation directly with the provider instead of relying solely on a general accessibility label.

Before relying on a service

Business hours, inventory, delivery boundaries, fees, insurance participation, and availability can change. Verify important details directly and allow extra time during holidays, major events, and peak season.

South Florida Visitor FAQs

Should I make restaurant reservations?

Advance reservations are recommended for fine dining, waterfront restaurants, weekend brunch, and popular venues in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Bal Harbour, and Palm Beach. Holiday periods, major events, and winter season can be especially busy.

Confirm dress requirements, cancellation policies, parking, and outdoor-seating arrangements directly with the restaurant.

What should I wear?

South Florida is generally polished but relaxed. Resort wear is appropriate for most daytime activities, while upscale restaurants, cultural venues, private clubs, and nightlife destinations may expect refined casual or formal attire.

Lightweight clothing is comfortable outdoors, but a jacket or wrap can be useful in heavily air-conditioned spaces. Golf courses and private venues may enforce specific dress codes.

Is beach parking easy to find?

Public beach parking is available in many areas but can fill quickly on weekends, holidays, and during events. Payment methods, hours, rates, residential restrictions, and time limits vary by municipality.

Use only marked spaces, read every posted sign, and do not rely on parking practices in a neighboring city. Private lots may have separate rules and strict towing enforcement.

Is alcohol permitted on the beach?

Alcohol is prohibited on Fort Lauderdale’s public beach. Glass containers and other items are also restricted. Rules differ among South Florida municipalities, so review posted regulations wherever you visit. See the current Fort Lauderdale beach rules.

Why is there seaweed on the beach?

Sargassum is a naturally occurring floating seaweed that may reach South Florida’s shoreline, particularly during warmer months. Its presence varies by beach, weather, currents, and daily cleanup conditions.

Conditions can differ considerably within a short distance. Check a current beach camera or local conditions before selecting a beach for the day. Avoid touching decaying seaweed or disturbing wildlife within it.

Are insects and wildlife common?

South Florida’s subtropical environment supports mosquitoes, lizards, iguanas, birds, raccoons, and other wildlife. Alligators may inhabit freshwater lakes, canals, and wetlands.

Observe wildlife from a distance and never feed, touch, pursue, or attempt to move an animal. Use insect repellent when appropriate and follow all posted warnings in parks and natural areas.

Can I swim in a canal or the Intracoastal Waterway?

No. Swim only in areas expressly designated for swimming. Canals, marinas, and the Intracoastal Waterway may contain boat traffic, wakes, currents, seawalls, limited visibility, underwater hazards, and wildlife.

Never jump or dive from docks, bridges, seawalls, or boats into unfamiliar water.

Will I need to pay road tolls?

Some Florida roads use electronic tolling and may not accept cash. Rental-car companies generally offer toll-processing programs, but their fees and terms vary.

Review your rental agreement before using toll roads. SunPass provides current rental-vehicle toll guidance.

How far are Miami and Palm Beach?

Fort Lauderdale is well positioned between Miami and Palm Beach, but travel times vary significantly with traffic, weather, events, and bridge activity.

Miami Beach may require 45–90 minutes or more by car, while Palm Beach commonly requires 50–90 minutes. Check live navigation before departing and avoid scheduling important reservations around optimistic travel estimates.

Do I need a car?

A car provides the greatest flexibility for beaches, golf, shopping, the Everglades, and travel between cities. Rideshare is often easier for dining and nightlife, while Brightline can be convenient for selected regional trips. Fort Lauderdale’s Water Taxi offers a scenic way to explore the waterfront.

See Getting Around South Florida for detailed transportation guidance.

What if rain is forecast?

A rainy forecast rarely means that every part of South Florida will experience continuous rain all day. Showers can be brief and highly localized, especially during warmer months.

Check the hourly forecast, plan outdoor activities earlier when practical, and keep an indoor alternative available. Leave beaches, pools, boats, and open areas immediately when thunder is heard.

What should be booked in advance?

Advance planning is advisable for:

  • Yacht charters and fishing excursions

  • Golf tee times

  • Fine dining and weekend brunch

  • Spa appointments

  • Theater, concerts, and sporting events

  • Everglades tours

  • Holiday and special-event experiences

  • Brightline travel during busy periods

Confirm cancellation terms and weather policies before booking.

Local rules, prices, hours, and access conditions may change. Verify important details directly with the destination shortly before visiting.

South Florida Weather & Climate

South Florida’s warm, subtropical climate makes outdoor experiences possible throughout the year. Sunshine can quickly give way to brief showers, particularly during warmer months, so a little planning helps make every day more enjoyable.

Winter and early spring

December through April generally brings South Florida’s mildest temperatures, lower humidity, and less frequent rainfall. These months are especially pleasant for beaches, boating, golf, outdoor dining, and exploring on foot.

Occasional cold fronts may bring cooler evenings, wind, or a brief change in beach and boating conditions. A light jacket or sweater can be useful.

Late spring through fall

May through October is typically warmer, more humid, and wetter. Mornings may begin sunny before clouds and thunderstorms develop later in the day.

Rainfall can be intense but localized, meaning conditions may differ considerably between Fort Lauderdale, Miami, the Everglades, and Palm Beach. A rainy forecast does not necessarily mean an entire day of rain.

Plan outdoor activities earlier when possible, carry a compact umbrella, and keep a flexible indoor alternative in mind. The National Weather Service South Florida climate page provides regional climate information.

Heat and humidity

Temperature alone does not reflect how hot conditions may feel. High humidity can raise the heat index and increase the risk of dehydration and heat-related illness.

For greater comfort:

  • Schedule strenuous activities for the morning or evening
  • Drink water regularly, even before feeling thirsty
  • Wear lightweight clothing, sunglasses, and sun protection
  • Take breaks in shaded or air-conditioned areas
  • Never leave a person or pet unattended in a parked vehicle

Headache, dizziness, nausea, weakness, confusion, or unusually hot skin may indicate heat-related illness. Move to a cooler place and seek assistance. Confusion, loss of consciousness, or another life-threatening condition requires an immediate call to 911. The Florida Department of Health provides additional heat-safety guidance.

Sun exposure

South Florida’s sun can be intense even when skies are cloudy. Apply broad-spectrum sunscreen, reapply after swimming or perspiring, and consider protective clothing and shade during extended outdoor activities.

Pavement, pool decks, and beach sand may become hot enough to burn bare feet or dogs’ paws.

Rain and lightning

Summer thunderstorms can develop quickly and may produce heavy rain, gusty winds, localized flooding, and frequent lightning.

If thunder is audible, move indoors or into a hard-topped vehicle. Beach shelters, umbrellas, trees, open-sided structures, pools, and bodies of water do not provide adequate lightning protection. Wait at least 30 minutes after the last sound of thunder before resuming outdoor activities. Review the National Weather Service lightning-safety guidance.

Never drive, walk, or cycle through flooded streets. Water depth and road conditions can be difficult to judge.

Tropical weather and hurricane season

Atlantic hurricane season officially runs from June 1 through November 30, although tropical weather can occur outside those dates. Most visits are unaffected, but conditions may change quickly when a tropical system approaches.

During periods of tropical activity:

  • Follow official forecasts rather than social-media speculation
  • Enable emergency alerts on your mobile phone
  • Keep travel plans flexible
  • Follow instructions from local authorities and transportation providers
  • Never enter closed beaches, flooded roads, or restricted areas
  • Comply promptly with any evacuation order

The National Hurricane Center is the authoritative source for tropical forecasts.

Planning each day

Check the hourly forecast shortly before departing rather than relying only on a multiday weather symbol. Marine conditions, beach flags, thunderstorms, and localized rainfall can change during the day.

A practical South Florida rhythm is to reserve mornings for beaches, boating, golf, and outdoor exploration, then keep museums, shopping, dining, and cultural attractions available for warmer or wetter hours.

Weather is part of South Florida’s tropical character. With sun protection, hydration, flexible plans, and attention to official alerts, guests can enjoy the region comfortably throughout the year.

TRASH AND RECYCLING

Please place all household waste in the correct container provided at your vacation rental. Containers may include:

  • A general trash container

  • A blue recycling container

  • A yard-waste container

Do not place household trash in the recycling or yard-waste containers. Improper disposal may result in municipal fines that could be charged to the responsible guest.

Trash collection schedules and property-specific instructions are included in the welcome information provided at the home. Please place all trash securely inside the appropriate containers.

At participating homes, our concierge service moves the containers to the curb for collection and returns them afterward. Team members may arrive during the evening or early morning to complete this service. There is no need to be concerned or move the containers yourself. Please make sure your trash has been placed inside the correct container before the scheduled collection.

Thank you for helping us care for the home, support proper recycling, and remain considerate of the surrounding neighborhood.

Luxury Vacation Rentals and Property Management

Getting Around South Florida

South Florida extends well beyond a single city. The right transportation choice depends on whether you are exploring Fort Lauderdale’s waterways, visiting Miami or Palm Beach, heading to the airport, or spending the day along the coast.

Rental cars

A rental car offers the greatest flexibility for beaches, shopping, golf, the Everglades, and destinations outside central Fort Lauderdale. Traffic can become heavier during weekday commuting hours, major events, and peak travel periods.

Before parking, review all posted restrictions, payment requirements, time limits, and towing notices. Never leave luggage or valuables visible inside a vehicle.

Rideshare and taxis

Rideshare services and taxis are convenient for restaurants, nightlife, airports, Port Everglades, and occasions when parking may be limited. Allow additional travel time during major events and peak dining hours.

At airports, cruise terminals, hotels, and entertainment districts, use the designated pickup area shown in the provider’s app or posted at the venue.

Water Taxi

Fort Lauderdale’s Water Taxi combines transportation with views of the Intracoastal Waterway, New River, waterfront estates, marinas, and restaurants. Service operates from designated stops, and schedules may be affected by weather, marine traffic, and bridge operations.

Review the current route, schedule, fares, and service notices directly with Water Taxi Fort Lauderdale before departing.

LauderGO Water Trolley

The City of Fort Lauderdale’s complimentary Water Trolley serves designated stops along the New River and Riverwalk. It currently operates daily, although individual stops and service conditions may change. The vessel is different from the broader paid Water Taxi network. Consult the City of Fort Lauderdale’s current route and schedule.

Brightline

Brightline is a comfortable option for travel between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, Aventura, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, and Orlando. Tickets, schedules, station parking, and connecting transportation should be arranged in advance.

The Fort Lauderdale station is downtown, but onward transportation may still be required. Review current service through Brightline’s Fort Lauderdale station guide.

Airports and Port Everglades

Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Port Everglades are close to central Fort Lauderdale, but security procedures, cruise traffic, road congestion, and terminal access can add considerable time. Miami International Airport is farther south and may require substantially more travel time during busy periods.

Confirm your airline or cruise terminal before departure and allow a generous margin for traffic and check-in.

Driving to nearby destinations

Approximate travel times can vary significantly:

  • Lauderdale-by-the-Sea: generally a short local drive
  • Hollywood and Aventura: approximately 30–50 minutes
  • Miami Beach and the Miami Design District: approximately 45–90 minutes
  • Boca Raton: approximately 30–50 minutes
  • Palm Beach: approximately 50–90 minutes
  • Everglades excursion areas: commonly 45–75 minutes

These are planning estimates, not guarantees. Consult live navigation before leaving.

Toll roads

Some South Florida highways use electronic tolling and may not accept cash. Rental-car companies frequently apply their own toll-processing programs and administrative fees. Review the rental agreement before using toll roads.

Our recommendation

Use a rental car for flexibility, rideshare for dining and nightlife, Water Taxi for exploring Fort Lauderdale’s waterfront, and Brightline for selected trips to Miami, Aventura, Boca Raton, or Palm Beach. Combining transportation methods is often the easiest way to experience the region.

THINGS TO KNOW, HOUSE RULES & FAQ

ACCESS & KEYS: Your door code will be provided approximately two days before check-in.

AIR CONDITIONING: Air-conditioning systems are routinely maintained. Florida temperatures frequently exceed 90°F, and a properly functioning system may only cool the home approximately 20°F below the outdoor temperature. Setting the thermostat excessively low or operating the system with doors or windows open may cause it to freeze or malfunction. Keep exterior doors and windows closed and close blinds and curtains during the hottest part of the day.

ENTRY: The owner, property manager, or authorized service providers may enter the property in an emergency; to perform repairs, maintenance, improvements, or agreed-upon services; or to show the property to prospective purchasers, renters, or contractors. Except in an emergency, reasonable notice will be provided.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS: Reservations obtained under false pretenses may be canceled, and applicable payments or deposits may be forfeited, subject to the reservation agreement and applicable law.

FIRE & SAFETY: Barbecue grills and open flames, including candles, are prohibited inside the property and on balconies. Do not disconnect, cover, or tamper with smoke detectors or other safety equipment. Use the overhead exhaust fan while cooking to help prevent accidental smoke-alarm activation.

HOUSEKEEPING: Daily housekeeping is not included. The home is professionally cleaned before arrival, and the reservation includes a standard departure cleaning. Additional housekeeping may be purchased for a fee, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply when excessive dirt, sand, trash, staining, or other conditions require cleaning beyond a standard departure service.

LIABILITY & PERSONAL PROPERTY: Neither the owner nor the property manager assumes responsibility for the loss of or damage to guests’ personal belongings. To the extent permitted by law, they are not responsible for inconvenience, loss, damage, or injury caused by temporary utility interruptions, equipment failures, weather, natural disasters, acts of God, or circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

LINENS, TOWELS & SUPPLIES: Linens and towels are provided for use during the stay and must remain at the property. Guests will be charged for items that are lost, removed, stained, or damaged. A starter supply of trash liners, toilet paper, soap, and basic consumables is provided. Guests are responsible for additional supplies needed during their stay. Limited cleaning supplies may be available.

MAINTENANCE & SERVICE VISITS: Report maintenance concerns promptly so we can respond as quickly as reasonably possible. Maintenance concerns do not automatically qualify for compensation or a refund. Each situation will be evaluated based on its circumstances, effect on the stay, and reasonable efforts made to resolve it.

Depending on the property and its amenities, authorized providers may visit exterior or designated service areas for pool maintenance, landscaping, pest control, trash service, repairs, or preventive maintenance. Notice will be provided when appropriate. Emergency or time-sensitive work may proceed without advance permission when a delay could create a safety concern, cause additional damage, or materially affect the property.

MONITORING & SECURITY: The property may use disclosed exterior cameras and non-recording noise, motion, temperature, or humidity sensors. These devices help protect the property, identify maintenance concerns, and support compliance with occupancy limits, noise ordinances, and the prohibition against unauthorized parties or events. Cameras are not located inside the home or in areas where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy.

NOISE & QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., unless stricter local rules apply. If excessive sound is detected, guests may be contacted and required to lower the volume immediately. Continued violations may result in removal without a refund, subject to the reservation agreement and applicable law. Guests are responsible for fines, penalties, damages, lost rental income, or other costs caused by violations.

NONSMOKING PROPERTY: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. Evidence of either may result in charges for specialized cleaning, deodorizing, remediation, or damage.

PARKING: Parking is available subject to the property’s instructions and capacity. Boats, jet skis, trailers, recreational vehicles, and commercial vehicles are prohibited unless authorized in writing. Do not park on grass or block sidewalks, neighboring properties, or emergency access.

POOL, SPA & PATIO SAFETY: If the property includes a pool, spa, patio, deck, or waterfront area, guests acknowledge the inherent risks associated with these areas. Surfaces may be slippery when wet. Children and anyone unable to swim must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Diving, running, horseplay, and unsafe conduct are prohibited. Guests are responsible for supervising everyone in their party and following all posted rules.

RESERVATIONS & MINIMUM AGE: We welcome guests from all backgrounds and provide an inclusive hospitality experience. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and remain at the property throughout the reservation. Reservations for unaccompanied teenagers or underage groups will not be honored. Violations may result in cancellation, removal, and forfeiture of applicable payments, subject to the reservation agreement and applicable law.

OCCUPANCY & CONDUCT: The registered guest is responsible for everyone who enters the property during the reservation. Guests may be required to vacate for exceeding maximum occupancy; holding an unauthorized party or event; engaging in illegal activity; damaging the property or neighboring properties; violating quiet hours or local ordinances; interfering with neighbors’ quiet enjoyment; or materially or repeatedly violating the house rules. Guests may be responsible for resulting damages, fines, costs, and forfeiture of applicable payments or deposits.

EMERGENCY TELEPHONE: The property has a landline for emergency 911 calls, as required by law. It is not provided for general or long-distance calling. In an emergency, call 911 first and then notify the property manager when it is safe to do so.

TRASH & RECYCLING: Place all waste inside the appropriate closed outdoor bin. Do not leave bags or loose trash beside the bins, where they may be refused by collectors or attract animals. Do not place regular garbage in recycling bins. Guests who leave excessive trash, improperly sorted waste, or trash outside the bins may be charged a minimum $200 collection fee. Additional charges may apply when actual removal or disposal costs are higher.

UTILITIES & INTERNET: Automatic compensation is not provided for temporary interruptions to electricity, gas, water, cable, internet, Wi-Fi, or telephone service. Reported outages will be addressed as quickly as reasonably possible, but restoration may depend on utility companies, service providers, weather, or other circumstances outside the owner’s or property manager’s control.

A Home Away from Home with Surprising Perks!
5/5 stars
I recently stayed at an iTrip rental, and it was truly amazing! The place had everything I needed to feel right at home, from board games to Netflix and top-notch furniture. The only thing missing was a garden for a fresh food supply. Despite a minor incident where my dog chewed the blinds, the repair cost was surprisingly reasonable. I highly recommend iTrip places to anyone traveling – they offer a fantastic experience!
- Anthony

We are elated that you stayed with us and happy that you enjoyed your stay with us. We had not thought of growing a garden but that is an amazing idea! We are looking forward to hosting you, your lovely family and your doggie very soon! Cheers.
