Enjoy an ever-changing Mt Hood & Bridge City view framed by the oversized floor to ceiling windows that completely bath this incredible condo in natural light. In the bedroom, wake up to spectacular sunrises from behind Mt. Hood. You'll often see the sunset reflect against the river and mountain providing some truly extraordinary colorful vies.

This coveted one bed, one bath southeast corner unit of The Encore, boasts an open layout, private balcony, cherry wood floors, gourmet kitchen, flex space, as well an area for a small office. One truly special feature is the secure (deeded) parking spot in the garage below that is quite close to the elevator.

The Encore is a modern 16-story high-rise condominium on Overton between 9th and 10th in Portland's Pearl District. This is one of the favorite high-rise condo buildings in America, especially for dog owners. When you walk out the front door of the building you are literally steps from the popular Pearl District park, The Fields. You don't even have to cross a road - it's right there. Another unique characteristic of Encore... there is no street out front under your balcony which makes it one of the quieter condo buildings in the city.

This place is all about the view, the natural light (corner unit) and amazing walkability as well as being pet friendly. We have no doubt, whether you are in town for work or pleasure, you will be hard pressed to find a more special condo in all of Portland. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.
