The master bath has dual sinks, a private tub/shower and toilet area, plus laundry and linen storage all in one convenient space.

Everything in the condo is yours to use, except for a couple of locked cabinets with personal items. The rest is all yours!

Good to Know

Per the lease, you’ll cover any electric over $150/month (keeping the thermostat reasonable will make this easy).

We’ll walk you through maintaining the water filtration system and dryer when you move in.

Minimum stay is 90 days—perfect for snowbirds, remote workers, or anyone looking for a peaceful extended escape.
