Beautifully maintained two bedroom two bathroom condo located just minutes away from the Dunedin causeway, Honeymoon Island, and all of the great entertainment and restaurants Palm Harbor and Dunedin has to offer.

On the inside, this freshly cleaned and fully furnished open floor plan home features ceiling fans and lots of natural light. The fully stocked kitchen includes refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Just off the kitchen you will find the naturally bright and airy main living room.

The second bedroom is nicely sized with carpet and a ceiling fan. Guest bath has full shower, bath and sink. Main living room is spacious and features a ceiling fan as well as a fireplace just before you step out past the french doors onto the relaxing screened patio that overlooks the pool, tennis courts, and huge oak trees.

The most important room of all, the generously sized master bedroom has an attached full master bathroom that has a clean modern glass shower with dual sinks and a toilet. A mobile closet rack will be included for more storage.

The garage is attached on the first floor, fits one car, but you must speak to property manager in advance of your stay regarding its use. Rent includes water, sewer, trash collection, basic cable and grounds care.

There is a 100.00 non-refundable application fee for a background check for this property. This is for your safety! Please allow 21 days for association to review your application.

There is a 90-day minimum stay for this property.

Additional cleaning fees apply for stays over 14 days, please reach out to property manager. This fee is added after booking.

Frequently Asked Questions

1- PLEASE no parties, we want you to enjoy each other and have a great time but disruptive parties are not permitted. Observation of quiet hours (10p – 8a) must be observed. Loud music and outdoor entertainment are prohibited. This is a residential neighborhood and the authorities will be called if you cause a disturbance. Please be respectful.
2- Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of FL or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and deposits.
3 - No Pets. If pets are found to have been in the property, a minimum of $250.00 will be charged to your account. 
4 - Parking for 1 vehicle in driveway only. If you would like additional access to park a small vehicle in the garage, an additional $150.00 charge per month will be added. Please notify management in advance for this request.
5- If garage door opener is used and accidently taken from the house. Guest will be charged a $250.00 non-refundable fee AND be required to pay to have it shipped back overnight to property manager. 
6- Treat this home as if it were your own, please report damages to your host immediately. If damages are determined to be caused by tenant misuse, it may result in fees to make repairs.
7- Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the home, on the back porch, in the garage, or in the pool area and if detected, there will be a $250 charge.
8- Family Rental Only -Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of 25.
9- Sleeping Capacity/Disturbances - Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity of (4) four people, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
10- Utilities - No compensation will be given for temporary outages of electricity and water. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible.
11- Hold Harmless - iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does the owner accept any liability for any inconvenience, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas cable service. electricity or plumbing.
12- Garage can be opened via the garage door opener on the wall by the garage entrance to the condo. When leaving, the close button on the outside of the garage will close the garage. So you can exit the condo and get into your vehicle in the driveway through the garage, However; upon returning you must enter through the front door using our electronic lock.
13- Trash needs to go out by 7pm on Tuesday and brought back as soon as possible after trash has been picked-up the following day. 
14- There will be a $135.00 non-refundable application fee. Please allow 21 days for background check and application approval.  
15- For any stay longer than 45 days, guest must pay for an additional cleaning or if they decide to clean it themselves, a $75.00 inspection fee will be charged.  
16- Early Check-In (ECI) OR Late Check-Outs (LCO). In some instances, we may have to charge a $35.00 fee if a ECI or LCO is requested. This requires staff to create new codes and add cleaning staff to ensure house is ready for next guest. We will always try to accommodate you as the guest and make your stay the best it can be. Please reach out immediately if you would like to request an ECI or LCO so we can prepare staff and update codes.
