Highlights:

Waterfront home with private dock & canal access to the Gulf

9 beds – ideal for large groups

PLEASE READ:

Bring your boat (dock space available) for UP TO a 23 foot boat.

Renters will need to keep an eye on the tides going in and out of the dock. Property is on a shallow canal, sometimes the back will get completely empty and the boat will be sitting on mud till the tide comes back in.

The boat ramp is half a mile down the street, you will NOT have to go far to launch your boat. Also, a small bait shop is across the street from the boat ramp taht allows trucks and trailers to stay overnight on the lot for a small fee. Bait shop lot is also the overflow lot after the boat ramp fills up for daily boat launching and he charges $10 to park.

There is an app called "Tides" . It is good to keep track of the tides.

Kayaks, paddleboards & fishing poles included. 4 kayaks, 1 paddle board, and 1 canoe located in the backyard on the storage racks. Feel free to use and enjoy them at your leisure. We just ask that if you use them to please rinse them off after using them and place back on the storage racks where you got them. There are a few life jackets in the shed on the back porch for your use as well. Please put them back after you are done using them.

Nightmare vacation
5/5 stars
For starters we walked into the house there was gummy fruit chews in front of the couch dirty sock on the kitchen table couldn’t sleep in the bedroom with the bunkbeds because it was so hot. The mini split was noisy and wasn’t cooling properly. Could not use the kayaks because they were full of fire ants. The second day we were there. The gentleman brought Supplies by didn’t just drop them off and walk through the house to put everything away, which was very uncomfortable told us they had work done on the house and the workers stayed an extra day so that’s why the house wasn’t clean when we got there told us to strip the beds and put the linens in front of the washer, but not the comforters or the blankets that were used on top of them. God knows who’s been laying on them or what was done or even if they were clean when we address the mini split problem, all that was said was thank you for letting us know but no one ever showed up to take care of the problem so it was a room that could not even be slept in because it was so hot and noisy good luck to you if you rent this house definitely was not worth the money we paid.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We do want to clarify a few points for future guests who may read this. Our homes are fully inspected before every arrival, and our cleaners must submit time‑stamped photos of each room prior to guest check‑in. This ensures the property meets our standards and is ready for occupancy. The kayaks are stored outdoors, and while they are cleaned and checked regularly, we cannot control natural outdoor conditions such as insects. Guests are always welcome to notify us if something needs attention, and we respond promptly. Regarding linens, our check‑out instructions, provided to every guest include stripping the beds and placing used linens near the washer. Our cleaning team washes all linens, including comforters, blankets, and towels. We communicated with you during your stay and appreciate the information you shared. The mini‑split has since been inspected and is functioning properly. We understand that every guest experience is unique, and we remain committed to maintaining a clean, comfortable home for all who stay with us.
