Conveniently located at the Canyons Base of the Park City Mountain Resort, these streamlined condos feature cutting-edge design and technology, expertly constructed into a uber modern, sleek PAD. Not only does a stay at Yotel Pad put you within walking distance to the Red Pine Gondola, Orange Bubble Express, shops, and restaurants - but you will also love the convenience of having hip and fun amenities around each and everything turn.

If you are looking for unique vacation accommodations that have all the amenities and features you want to make your Park City getaway fantastic, this truly unique home is it! The home offers endless amenities so that you can have an effortless vacation.

First, you will love the location that puts your right in the Park City Canyons Village, where you can walk across the cul-de-sac for ski access, shopping, restaurants, and more! You will also be on the Park City shuttle route for free bus transportation to Kimball Junction, Park City and Deer Valley.

The studio-style condominium offers 338 square feet where the living area quickly converts into sleeping space to accommodate up to four guests. The condo was European designed with special attention to form and functionality with comfort as a priority.

You will pull up to the front of the building where the valet will assist you with your luggage and ski/snowboard equipment, and park your car for you in the underground parking garage.

You will then check in at “Mission Control” (i.e. the front desk), and to the condo on the third floor. Entering the condo, you’ll find convenient coat racks and storage cabinets for your gear and right into the living space.

Living area: You find a comfortable sofa, a coffee table that converts into a dining table with seating for four, and a big-screen television with cable programming. The Juliet balcony is a great spot to take in the views and mountain air with it's oversized 8' sliding glass doors you get a panoramic view of the mountains and the golf course.

There is multi-use shelf (when the twin bunk is away) that you can use as desk space or a table for a quick snack. You will find dining chairs tucked away in a cabinet for easy access. This is a great space to work from home or grab a quick bite to eat.

Kitchenette: This kitchenette is the ultimate in a functional space and comes equipped with brand new appliances including a two-burner stovetop (no oven), microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. You’ll also find utensils and other equipment for easy meal prep.

When you’re ready for some shuteye after a day’s activities, you find a queen Murphy bed that folds down over the sofa is incredibly comfortable. Also the home features two twin size bunk beds that fold out of the wall, along with a ladder to access the top bunk. These add great additional comfortable beds for 2 guests.

Bathroom: The full private bathroom is well appointed with quartz counters, large walk in shower, heated towel rack and a spacious vanity.

YotelPad Community Amenities: Valet parking and ski valet with easy access to the gondola and chair lift, Grab-n-Go (for a charge) with snacks and beverages, skier’s lounges, and a communal fitness center when you want to get a quick workout in.

There is a game room with skee ball, arcade games (free of charge), board games, pool table, and shuffleboard table, with access to an outdoor patio with outdoor sofas, fire tables, and great views. In the rear of the building are additional outdoor spaces with comfortable seating and fire tables, a year-round heated pool and hot tub, and mountain views.

Located just out the back door of the resort, you will find the oversized year around heated hot tub and pool. You will also find the complimentary ski valet location. Pick up and drop off your ski equipment here and then easily walk to the lifts.

When you need a quiet space to get some work done, there are private work rooms with a working desk and great wifi. Or a reserve a larger conference room when more space is preferred.

Laundry: Communal and free – on each floor of the resort, just steps from this home.

Note: Yotel charges a resort fee of $35 per night. This amount is paid directly to the resort at check-in and provides access to parking, ski/boot valet, steam room access, pool and hot tub access, fitness center, game room, business center, and guest laundry.
