Park Ave Ski Condo is an updated two-bedroom condo in Park City's Park Avenue corridor, a 10-minute walk or five-minute free shuttle ride to Park City Mountain. Two en-suite king suites, one per floor, give two couples genuine separation.
This is a two-bedroom condo in the Park Avenue corridor, a 10-to-15-minute walk or a free five-minute Park City Transit ride to Park City Mountain's First Time lift, best suited for two couples and small families.
Best Suited For
Built for two couples or a family of four to six who want bedroom parity over sleeping density. Most two- and three-bedroom condos in this corridor chase headcount with bunk alcoves and sleeper sofas. This one gives two full en-suite king suites, one per floor. Less ideal for groups needing a third true bedroom, travelers who want a private hot tub, or guests who require air conditioning in every room.
At a Glance
Two king suites, each with a private en-suite bathroom
Fully renovated kitchen with full-size appliances and breakfast bar
Free Park City Transit stop 150 feet from the building
Communal year-round hot tub, sauna, and seasonal heated pool
Daybed with trundle for two children or teens
Covered parking and in-unit washer and dryer
Gas fireplace, hardwood floors, private balcony facing pines
Layout and Sleeping
The condo sleeps six across two levels. The main-level primary king suite has a private en-suite bath and a Smart TV. The upper level holds the second king suite, also en-suite, plus a daybed with trundle suitable for two children or teens. The daybed is usable sleeping, not a third bedroom, and it sits inside the upper suite rather than in its own room. Bathrooms total two and a half: a full bath for each king suite and a main-level powder room. The split-level layout puts one king suite on each floor, which gives two adult couples real separation instead of two doors off one hallway. Dining seats six, with additional breakfast-bar seating in the kitchen. Parking is covered and within the complex.
The Home
The main level runs open-concept, with hardwood through the shared space and a gas fireplace anchoring the seating area. A private balcony off the living room faces mature pines rather than the parking area or Park Avenue traffic. The renovated kitchen carries full-size appliances, real prep counter, and both drip and Keurig coffee setups, so a group of six can run a ski morning without staging people through a galley. The breakfast bar handles fast departures. The in-unit washer and dryer means a week of ski gear does not go home wet, and the complex keeps coin laundry on site for overflow.
Location and Access
Park Avenue Condos sit on Captain Molly Drive in the Park Avenue corridor, about a mile from Historic Main Street. Park City Mountain's First Time lift is a 10-to-15-minute walk for guests comfortable carrying gear. On cold mornings, or with ski-school kids, the free Park City Transit stop at All Seasons (Stop 1615) is roughly 150 feet from the complex and reaches the main base in about five minutes. The same free line runs to Canyons Village, Deer Valley, and Old Town, which is how guests here reach Main Street dinner without paying for parking. Fresh Market, Starbucks, and pharmacy access sit within a five-minute drive, and the Park City Golf Course is adjacent to the corridor. Salt Lake City International Airport is 40 to 45 minutes by car. A vehicle is optional.
Seasonal Notes
Winter:
The transit stop is the operative amenity. Groups drop skiers at the base in five minutes without moving a car, and the in-unit laundry and covered parking remove the two friction points that define condo ski weeks. Both king suites hold heat well through cold nights.
Summer:
The heated outdoor pool opens for the warm season, the Park City Golf Course is a short walk, and paved trail access runs from the corridor. Free transit to Main Street replaces summer parking entirely. Note the primary king suite has no air conditioning.
FAQs
Is this condo ski-in/ski-out?
No, but ski access is very easy and close by. Park City Mountain's First Time lift is a 10-to-15-minute walk, or about a five-minute ride on the free Park City Transit shuttle that stops roughly 150 feet from the complex. Guests who want skis-on access at the door should book in Canyons Village or Empire Pass instead.
Is parking easy?
Yes. The condo includes covered parking within the Park Avenue Condos complex. That avoids the metered parking and narrow-street congestion that define Old Town rentals a mile away.
How far is Main Street Park City?
About a mile. Free Park City Transit runs from the All Seasons stop to Old Town, so most guests reach Main Street restaurants without driving or paying for parking. Rideshare and a short drive are both options.
Do I need a car?
No, but it helps. Free Park City Transit connects the property to Park City Mountain, Canyons Village, Deer Valley, and Main Street. Guests planning day trips to Salt Lake City or the Jordanelle will want a vehicle.
Is this condo good for families?
Yes, for small families. Two en-suite king suites work for parents plus a second couple or grandparents, and the daybed with trundle in the upper suite sleeps two children or teens. Groups needing a separate room for kids should look at a three-bedroom.
Is there a hot tub and pool?
Yes, both are communal rather than private to the unit. Park Avenue Condos has a year-round hot tub, a sauna, and a heated outdoor pool open seasonally. The pool is closed in winter.
Is there air conditioning?
In part. The main living areas and the guest king suite are air-conditioned. The primary king suite is not, and relies on Park City's cool mountain evenings. Summer groups should factor that into room assignments before arrival.
