We had a great stay here! Quick and helpful communication before we arrived. Check-in was seamless. The house was perfect for our group (ranging from 12 to 76 years old), everyone had their own space. We really enjoyed the main living room with the fireplace and the younger ones enjoyed the game room and hot tub. The house is very close to the downtown area and very clean. I would highly recommend a stay here!!

Due to the “Park City Ski Mtn fiasco” (per CNBC news) with the ski workers striking, making the resort shut down over 50% of the slopes, our group spent more time than planned at the Lowell house. We enjoyed the house and its location. The house was fully stocked with necessities and was very cozy (we especially enjoyed the fireplace). Our biggest disappointment was we felt the online photos were misleading as the bedrooms and bathrooms were smaller than advertised. The beds and bedding were good quality.

Park City iTrip provided me and my family the perfect spot to spend our weekend for our first trip to Utah. First and foremost, I would like to commend them for their communication. They preemptively messaged us informing of some potential road closures due to construction before we arrived. Luckily, there were no issues, but we were prepared because they let us know. Also, any questions we had about the area were promptly answered and they provided quality suggestions on activities to do. The home was very nicely updated, spacious, clean, and well equipped for a comfortable and elevated stay. Bonus points for the hot tub and a great location! Included use of the garage was a big plus as well. Our car was never baking in the sun! We thoroughly enjoyed our time and look forward to coming back!

We had a bit of a rocky start, but the house was lovely and comfortable and gave lots of privacy when needed. The home is well-equipped with most kitchen items you could need including a Keurig and regular coffee maker and crock pots. It could use a full set of measuring cups/spoons. We were grateful the kid's rooms were the furthest downstairs as they were more able to climb them. The location was near perfect to the slopes. We took advantage of the free bus system, which is a blessing. Truly, my family would love to make this an annual event with this location where we stay. One could comfortably have 3 families stay here without issue. We created some wonderful memories, here, and are grateful for the opportunity.

Awesome unit, location was fabulous, just a quick 3 minute walk down the hill to the main base at Park City. It worked perfectly for my family of 12. This was the most completely kitted out house/condo i've ever stayed in, everything needed for our stay was there, kitchen spices, coffee filters, clothes washer detergent, etc. The little things you forget to bring along or have to buy too much of for just a weekly stay, it was as if we were borrowing the house from good friends. Great place walking distance from the main ski village and from downtown Park city. Three levels, lots of beds, great hot tub, perfect for a guys ski weekend, a little rundown, not sure our wives would’ve loved it, but overall fantastic stay. Very flexible with check in and checkout.

We stayed with 3 generations in this home. It was clean which is always great. We did notice some beds were extremely soft and others extremely hard. There is evidence of rental use (scuffed walls and chipped paint in kitchen) but as I said it was clean. We loved the location and quick access to all things Park City! Overall, it was a good stay we will remember for years to come!

I booked this condo and the one next door for a large group of adults attending a wedding in town. The location was perfect for us to hang out all together and each couple still had their own space. Convenient location to downtown and a bus stop for the free bus to deer valley and kimball Junction. Host was communicative and answered any questions we had.

Our house was great! Quick 5 minute walk to the PC base for skiing and a quick walk to Main Street. Location couldn't be beat! We used the hot tub every day after skiing which was a treat. Common spaces were big enough for us to hang out and the room layout worked out perfectly for our group of 13. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was a great find for our friend ski trip! Majority of us had not been to Park City so location of the home was fantastic (easy to get to skiing or walk to to town). Concierge staff was very helpful when coordinating ski rentals, transportation, etc. This house had character and checked the boxes our group wanted!

Really easy walk into town between 10-15 min, depending on where you're headed. Great conjoined common area/kitchen/dining room, perfect for big groups. Nice add with the hot tub for an additional social space. Well equipped with kitchen items, spices, a cooler. Pretty vertical space with two flights of stairs. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Traveling with both teenagers and toddlers can be challenging at times due to bedroom configurations and rental layouts. Mountainside Crowning Glory was an ideal layout for our family. Boasting 3 levels of living space (albeit, a good amount of stairs to travel every time you need something!), the 5 bedrooms offered our family of 7 ample space to relax, spread out and retreat to our own rooms when needed. The second floor (which we coined the Teen Lounge) offered our teens (15 and 16 yrs old) their own bedrooms/bathrooms and a separate "den" for watching TV and hanging out. The home was very well-appointed with all the necessities needed to get our vacation started immediately, and we took advantage of a local grocery delivery service--having the fridge, freezer and pantry completely stocked upon our arrival. We enjoyed the hot tub right off the main living space level most nights after dinner. The smart TVs allowed us to stream Disney+ and Netflix for our toddlers during some quiet downtime. The property management company responds to text messages/emails almost immediately, and helped us figure out a brief internet issue during our stay in addition to a later checkout to accommodate our late afternoon flight out of Park City. Greatly appreciated! The location is perfection, making it a breeze to walk to Park City Mountain, the PC library (our favorite was Lucky Ones coffee shop!), PC downtown and more! We would highly recommend this home for any larger families traveling to Park City hoping to stay in the heart of it all.

This house is perfect for vacationing with family or friends. It is large enough to have family meals together and there's enough areas to spread out and for everyone to have their own space. The teenagers in our group enjoyed exercising their independence and being able to walk to skiing. The uphill on the way back felt a little long but not so bad we wouldn't stay here again. We had a wonderful time here, and created great memories. We hope to stay here again during ski season.

The house is in an excellent location, minutes from the main Park City mountain and a 10 min walk to Main Street. We had one HVAC issue that I imagine is standard with Mountain Living, Dori helped us solve it as quickly as possible. Tons of room inside the house, but the outdoor balcony off the back of the house is not usable at this time. Hot tub was a great feature we used it regularly. There are a few nicks and missing knobs in the kitchen, but very clean. Pictures really do it justice. Dori is an exceptional host and Park City was a dream fall adventure for my family of 4.

Can’t wait to come back in January, house is overstocked with essentials, so much room, 3 min walk to chair lift, and has a hot tub...can’t ask for more. Can walk to town for dinner and walk home too, beds were comfy, lots of towels, and even spoiled us with great TV options. Owners clearly take pride in the home.

What a great trip. Our family gets together every ski season and this was the perfect spot (location, size, amenities and price)! We had three families and we had plenty of sleeping room and to spread out... the kids had their space, adults had time catch-up and also for all to share pre ski breakfasts and dinners. Huge plus was being able to talk to and from the lift with my 6 year old daughter!!! We also walked to Main Street for a parents night out - super fun. Park City is the best!

We spent a week in this Park City home with another family, 8 of us. There was plenty of space to add more people as it sleeps 14. The bunk rooms are perfect for kids as is the separate TV area with xbox and videos. The decor is updated and the kitchen had everything you could need to cook in the home. We used the outdoor spa and the BBQ. The best part of this home is the location. We walked to main street almost daily and the home is steps from Park City mountain. I loved finding all the public stairs to access the main street area. We like to be active on our vacations and found many things to do during our stay; Local hikes, atv, whitewater rafting, Olympic Park and even outlet shopping. We can't wait to go back during the winter and will definitely stay in this home- no driving to the mountain or taking a shuttle, just walk from the home and get on the lifts.

This home was absolutely incredible. It was exactly as described and sparkly clean. The rooms were spacious, and the kitchen was a wonderful size. Everything about the home was as described and I 10/10 recommend. It was perfect for our group of 14.

Great vacation home. The house was clean, well-furnished, and in good shape. It comfortably slept 13 people and had enough supplies for all of them. Just a quick 10-minute walk from the downtown era and a great launching point for outdoor activities in the surrounding area. Thanks for the stay!

Great trip to Park City. Mountainside has everything dialed in a great location. Only critique is that fees added up a bit so the cost was higher than we anticipated from the listed price. I guess there's a lot of that in Park City. In the end. we really enjoyed the house and would definitely come back again. Thanks

Nicely laid out house with ample space for adults and children to enjoy their own entertainment areas. Good size kitchen with all amenities. Slight detractions, stove top has 1 broken hot plate and kettle on stove top has a tiny leak. Super close to Park City lifts and base. Easy walk to Park City Main Street. Very pleased with stay.

Beautiful property that was wonderfully comfortable for the 6 of us staying in 4 of the bedrooms. Layout was great for giving each couple or person privacy but also having communal space. iTrip was great to communicate with and very responsive. Caretaker came around to check/service the hot tub and remove trash which was convenient. Kitchen was well stocked for our needs. Area was easy access to great “leaf peeping”, walking to main which will take you to nice galleries, restaurants, hiking locations and shopping We loved our stay.

The family had a wonderful stay at the unit and enjoyed the many thing offered in the Park City area. We were disappointed with the quality of some of the beds, the guests should not be required to replace the boards under the beds to hold up the mattress. When we needed a little service help from maintenance it was timely and helpful. We would use the iTip services again.
