The main-level guest room has a queen bed with a full bathroom nearby in the hall.

Both bathrooms are updated full baths. Parking accommodates two vehicles between the attached garage and heated parking pad.
Three interior levels. No elevator.
The Home
The main floor centers on a vaulted great room with a stone gas fireplace, a hardwood dining table that seats six to eight, and an updated kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a walk-in pantry.
Upstairs, the loft serves as a second living area with its own HDTV, useful for families or groups who want separate spaces in the evenings.
Both lower-level bedrooms open directly onto the walkout patio and hot tub area, keeping outdoor access private and easy without crossing through the main living space. A mini-split cools the main floor during summer. The lower level stays naturally cool. The upper loft can warm up on hotter afternoons.
Location and Access
The home is located on Ontario Avenue, directly above Main Street, with elevated views of the town and the ski area.
Park City Mountain's Town Lift is about a seven-minute walk away. Main Street is roughly five minutes on foot using Shorty's Stairs, the steep public staircase connecting the hillside to downtown.
The staircase is fast and convenient for most guests, but travelers with mobility limitations, knee issues, strollers, or heavy luggage should plan to drive instead.
The free Park City Transit shuttle stop on Swede Alley is about a three-minute walk from the home, with routes serving Deer Valley, Canyons Village, and other areas of Park City.
A 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended during winter storms for the drive up to the home. The heated driveway and walkway help eliminate ice buildup once at the property.
Seasonal Notes
Winter: Walk to Town Lift for skiing at Park City Mountain, return to a private hot tub, and avoid the daily snow and ice management common in many Old Town hillside homes thanks to the heated driveway and walkway.
Summer: Walk to Main Street restaurants, galleries, concerts, the Park City Kimball Arts Festival, and the Sunday market while staying in a quieter residential section of Old Town above downtown activity.
FAQs
Is this property ski-in/ski-out?
No. Old Town Outlook is a walk-to-lift property, about seven minutes on foot from Town Lift at Park City Mountain.
Is parking difficult in Old Town?
No. The home includes an attached garage, a private parking pad, and a heated driveway, which are uncommon among many hillside Old Town homes.
How far is Main Street?
About five to seven minutes on foot using Shorty's Stairs. The staircase is steep, so some guests may prefer driving instead.
Is this home good for families?
Yes for small families, older children, and teens. Guests with very young children should note the home's stairs, split levels, and hillside layout.
Is there a private hot tub?
Yes. The hot tub sits on the lower patio and is accessible directly from the lower-level bedroom.
Do I need a car?
Not necessarily for skiing or Main Street dining, thanks to the Town Lift walk and nearby shuttle stop. A vehicle is still useful for groceries, trailheads, and exploring beyond Old Town.
Is there air conditioning?
A mini-split cools the main floor. The lower level stays naturally cool, while the upper loft can warm up during hotter summer afternoons.
