There was an issue with the property owner’s description. They said SUPs (paddle boards) where on-site at the rental. I could not find them. I reached out to the management company and they responded immediately. There was a lot of back and forth of looking around to find them, but in the end they were not here. They covered the cost me to rent one up to a certain dollar amount, which was appreciated.

It is a wonderful location; and that I enjoyed a lot. However to get there was no easy matter because the address, 1486 Deer Valley Dr. Park City, UT simply does not really exist; Google map has no idea how to find that. 1486 pertains to the unit NOT the number of Deer Valley Drive. Fawngrove is not mentioned anywhere. And there is Deer Valley Drive North and South. Thus I had a very hard time finding it. It was really frustrating. If I had been trying to find this late at night it would have been nearly impossibe without the Fawngrove name! Customers should be informed that it is on Deer Valley Drive North, at Fawngrove West entrance, Unit 1486. I called the number of the management team and they were very helpful and efficient. Thank you! The house is well appointed. The downstairs bedroom door sticks and it is hard to open and it may actually break, trying to open it. Overall, somehow it could use a bit or more tender loving care; some lamps do not work. Thanks. Bettina Milliken
