All properties and homes are non-smoking. 

Parking rules must be followed. The city is very generous with its parking tickets and towing.

Stayed at the APEX Penthouse unit in Park City. The unit was just as advertised. Luxury accommodations, private, ski-in/ski-out right to your door. Additional ski room for boots, skis, helmets and gloves was a convenient bonus. We had an incredible stay at this ski-in/ski-out penthouse condo at Apex in the Canyons at Park City this March. The finishes and furnishings were exactly as pictured—beautiful, high-end, and thoughtfully appointed throughout. The location truly can’t be beat—right on the mountain with easy access to the lifts, making every ski day seamless. We’ve stayed in the Apex before, and this unit is as good as it gets. Management was extremely responsive and helpful, which made the entire trip smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend—we’re already looking forward to coming back!

We stayed at this unit for 5 nights with 3 family's. The unit is gorgeous and great accessibility for ski in and ski out. You can ski directly out your back door to the orange bubble and when your done ski right back to the back door. It has a great heated storage locker room located in the hallway outside the front door of the home. The kitchen is very well stocked with all items needed. A gas grill is located right out the back door. Parking area is located conveniently in a garage with just steps to the elevator that brings you to your own private floor. We will definitely return to this unit at the Apex again.

What a stunning and special condo and overall experience. We had an amazing stay from start to finish....everything was handled with attention to detail you feel at a five-star hotel. Great Service and First Class Accomodations

We do an annual ski trip with eight men and this year we really wanted a ski in and ski out unit with room for all of us and an individual bed. This place exceeded our expectations with the ski room making getting ready and getting out in the morning a breeze. The parking is in a heated garage enough for two cars and you are 15 minutes or less from everything in Park City. The management company was very attentive, and supportive. Highly suggest if your skiing taking advantage of the Ski Butler discount.
