Layout and Sleeping
The condo sleeps four in two king bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bath. The primary suite features a king bed, a 38-inch smart television, and a bathroom centered on a soaking tub with a separate shower. The guest suite is identical in size and finish, with its own dresser, television, and full en-suite bath, so two couples arriving together don't have to negotiate who gets the better room.
The living room is anchored by the fireplace and the 55-inch television, and has comfortable seating. The open floor plan flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining room.
Parking is one assigned underground space plus additional parking for a second vehicle.
The Home
The home has hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, and a newly updated kitchen. The breakfast bar seats three for morning coffee, and the dining table seats four. The kitchen was recently renovated and fully stocked for cooking. Off the main living area, the two suites are on opposite sides for privacy and acoustic separation.
Location and Access
The condo is located on Empire Avenue in Old Town, just 200 yards on foot to both the First Time and Eagle lifts at Park City Mountain. Park City Transit's free shuttle stops at the building driveway, with direct routes to Main Street, Deer Valley, and Canyons Village. Cole Sport ski rental is a two-minute walk on Park Avenue. Main Street is a five-minute drive or a twelve-minute shuttle ride. Park City Municipal Golf Course is directly adjacent, with cross-country ski trails running through the same terrain in winter. Salt Lake City International Airport is a 35-minute drive.
Seasonal Notes
Winter: The 200-yard walk to the lift is why people book this unit. Boots on at the condo, skis out of the storage locker downstairs, and on the chairlift in under five minutes. No shuttle, no resort-base parking. The Park City Municipal Golf Course next door becomes a cross-country trail network in winter, walkable from the condo. The covered bus stop at the driveway handles Deer Valley and Canyons days without needing a car.
Summer: Park City Municipal Golf Course is the adjacent amenity, with on-site tennis courts, sauna, and heated therapy pool. The same transit access serves summer concert and festival nights on Main Street.

Not for daily skiing. The lift, walk, and transit cover most ski-day logistics. A car helps for groceries, Deer Valley on storm days, and dining outside the transit corridor.
