Stunning and classic 4 Bedroom / 4 Bathroom single-family home located in Deer Lake Village – close to the Deer Valley Lodge and only minutes from historic Main Street in Park City. This lovely home sleeps up to 12 guests and provides primary and guest suite bedrooms with private baths; large utility room with hardwood benches, storage and ski lockers, a washer and dryer; and a patio with gorgeous views, hot tub (winter months only) and gas grill. Newly installed air conditioning on the upper level for extra guest comfort in the summer months.
Located in the exclusive Deer Valley area and only minutes from historic Park City, this beautiful property will truly feel like a “home away from home.” Located directly off the free Deer Valley shuttle route with transportation to the Deer Valley Ski Resort. The sunny, open floor plan of the “great room,” on the main level, creates the ultimate space for socializing and dining while the bedrooms located on the second level, all with private bathrooms, help maintain privacy for each guest.
The great room includes the living area, dining area and kitchen. With the open floor plan, guests in any of these areas can enjoy the big-screen TV and DVD player as well as the gas fireplace, good conversation and mountain views.
The dining area seats up to eight guests with additional seating for three at the adjacent granite-topped kitchen island. Or stroll out to the patio to dine al fresco or take a relaxing soak in the hot tub.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dining ware and includes refrigerator, oven and stove, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster and blender.
One of the four beautifully decorated bedrooms is located on the main floor with an adjacent 3/4-bathroom and plenty of closet space. Three additional bedrooms are located on the second level, each with a private bathroom.
Primary Suite offers large windows for beautiful views, a king-sized bed, large-screen TV, walk-in closet and recently remodeled private en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower.
The First Guest Suite contains two log bunk beds, plenty of storage space and a private full bathroom with separate sink area.
The other Two Guest Suites contains a king-sized and Queen bed respectively, large-screen TV, large walk-in closet and private full bathroom with separate sink area.
Guests who need a little private time will enjoy relaxing in the loft, located on the second level, which provides a comfortable sofa sleeper, oversized ottoman and large-screen TV.
This upscale home also contains a large utility/storage room with hardwood benches and lockers for skis or other gear and a full-sized washer and dryer as well as a one-car garage. The location of this property is ideal, situated close to the Deer Valley Lodge and only a few minutes from Old Town Park City.
Parking: Our home can accommodate 2 cars. Please note there is very little public parking.

Frequently Asked Questions
Hand sanitizing stations are provided throughout the resort. We are frequently using EPA-approved products that kill the COVID-19
virus on all of our high-touch surfaces and restrooms, and we are applying enhanced cleaning and disinfecting practices across
our resort, including in our gondola cabins.
Park City has so many wonderful resturants and dining options! Our favorite spot for brunch and coffee is Five Seeds (1600 Snow Creek Drive), where many locals like to start their day. My personal favorite is the shakshuka and the kids love their hot cakes! During busy season plan to go early if you can to avoid waiting for a table.
Main Street Pizza & Noodle (530 Main Street) is a fun family friendly pizza place right on Main, Park City Provisions (221 Main Street) is a favorite lunch spot and you can eat in or take your gourmet goods to go. For dinner many guests enjoy the seasonally-driven menu at Riverhorse on Main (540 Main Street), Chimayo offers unique Southest inspired dishes and reservations can be made online, Tupelo has a global inspired menu (508 Main Street), and for modern American cuisine we love 350 Main (350 Main Street). You really can't go wrong dining at any of these establishments!

We want everyone to have a great stay but we understand that things may break or some items may get overlooked. Please reach out and we'll do our best to get them fixed in a timely manner.
We do ask that all guests TAKE TIME TO BE KIND. Common courtesy goes a long way. Sadly since the pandemic we have all witnessed an increase in disrepectful, aggressive or unacceptable behavior. Our team has taken a lot of abuse as they have experienced some very unkind guests.
Misunderstandings are one of the leading causes of complaints. Please make sure you read everything we send to you. This includes the entire rental listing, all of our house rules, all photos, all emails & texts and all the help articles in your iTrip account. This helps avoid misunderstandings.
For our own safety and security we have a zero tolerance rule with guests who are rude, abusive, discourteous or argumentative. We do not and will not engage any more beyond asking them to read our TAKE TIME TO BE KIND policy.
