The space:
The Love Shack is pet-friendly*, has a covered parking area, a shaded back yard, and a screened-in patio. This cozy cottage with coastal decor will surely be your home away from home while enjoying your relaxing beach getaway!
✔ Bedrooms: The master/primary bedroom has a Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo, and a flat-screen TV with cable service. The guest bedroom features a twin-size bed with a trundle, a closet, and a flat-screen TV.
✔ Bathrooms: The primary/master bathroom features a vanity and walk-in shower. The second/guest bathroom has a vanity and a tub/shower combo.
✔ Living Room: This spacious living room features a sofa, an oversized armchair, cozy accent chairs, and a flat-screen TV with cable for family entertainment or relaxing evenings. A sliding glass door provides access to the screened-in back patio.
✔ Kitchen: This kitchen is fully equipped to prepare all your favorite meals. It has a Keurig coffee maker for your morning brew, seating for two at the bar area, and a 4-person dining table to bring everyone together.

$300 FREE Activities: Guests will receive one complimentary admission to each of our select activities per day. You can attend all of these activities every day, and one person will be free each day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.
So yes, you may choose to play a round of golf in the morning (one person is free) and then enjoy a Dolphin Cruise that afternoon (one person is free). Alternatively, you may choose to visit WonderWorks with the kids in the morning (one person is free), while your husband can play golf (one person is free). Then you can meet up that afternoon for the dolphin cruise (one person is free). You may participate in some or ALL of the select activities every day, and one person from your party is free each day!

A few details to ensure a prime experience:
✔ A strict no-smoking policy promotes a fresh and inviting atmosphere.
✔ Age requirement of 25+ for booking, fostering a mature and respectful environment.
✔ Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Additionally, noise must be kept at a level that will not constitute a nuisance to the neighbors. Loud and excessive noise will not be allowed at any time.
✔ Guests are permitted to have one approved pet no more than 25 lbs at the property and are asked to clean up after them.
*A pet fee applies when you bring a pet during your stay. The fee covers one pet and is subject to our pet policy. Pets must be approved before arrival. Please let us know if you have any questions!

PET FRIENDLY
We are pet-friendly, but approval is required before arrival.
Please let us know the size/type of pet you would like to bring so we can approve it. Please note that dog breeds on the list below may not be approved without additional information and additional pet owners' insurance coverage.
Pets must:
- Be crated anytime they are left alone.
- Be up to date on all vaccinations.
- Have flea and tick prevention treatments.
(Note that if there is an emergency, we or a first responder may need to access the home without disturbing your pet or in fear of being attacked).
One small/medium-sized pet up to 25 lbs is allowed, subject to the medical and damage provisions of the rental agreement. The pet fee is a non-refundable $150 per stay.
Please make sure to review the pet-friendly property provisions in the rental agreement.
Please ensure your pet is up to date on their vaccinations (including rabies).
If your pet is not on a regular flea and tick treatment, applying a topical treatment 3 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL IS ESSENTIAL. Fleas and ticks are prevalent all year round, so it is critical for your pet's welfare that they are protected at all times.
Prohibited Breeds of Dogs may include any mix of the following. Contact us to discuss your dog: Akita, Boxer, Bull Terrier, Bullmastiff, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Giant Schnauzer, Mastiff, Ovtcharka, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Neapolitan Mastiff, Wolf, or Wolf Hybrid.
- Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. - 8 a.m.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises unless otherwise stated in the property description.
- Vandalism: Vandalism is illegal and will be reported to local authorities. iTrip is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or personal property.
- Outdoor Grilling: No outdoor grilling is allowed on balconies, including ground floors.
- Prohibited Items: The following items are prohibited within the unit: open flames, fireworks, firearms or weapons of any kind, and illegal drugs as defined by the State of Florida.
- Language: Foul language is not tolerated. Please be respectful to others.
- Balcony Safety: Do not throw any items off balconies. This is a felony offense, and violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and may face immediate eviction.
- Hanging Items: Towels or clothing may not be hung over railings.
- Feeding Wildlife: Seagulls are not to be fed from balconies.
Compliance with Florida Laws: Tenants and their guests must comply with all state and local laws while on the premises. Failure to adhere to these rules or the laws of Florida may result in the tenant being asked to vacate the premises, with the potential forfeiture of all paid rent and security/damage deposits.
