We Welcome you to Majestic 1709, a lovely corner 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom unit overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This unit has everything you could need for the whole family to spread out and enjoy the vacation of a lifetime. If you get tired of going to restaurants while staying in PCB, with a full kitchen you and your family can whip up culinary masterpieces and enjoy them with gorgeous sunsets from the comfort of your unit. Majestic Beach Resort offers 5 pools for our guests. Soak up the sun in one of our two outdoors pools, one of which includes a kiddie pool; or, relax inside in one of our two heated indoor pools. Majestic Beach Resorts also offers an area with BBQ grills. Majestic Towers offers the Majestic Market which features, Starbucks Coffee, Hours are 7am to 7pm seasonally.

CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL BEFORE THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory hurricane evacuation. Vacation Insurance is recommended.

The condo had a beautiful vacation vibe with an excellent view of the beach. The multiple pools on the property were clean and family friendly. The on site Starbucks and bar and grill was very convenient for a busy family. I can't wait to bring my family back again.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Even when it rained, we had incredible views from the unit. We had a small maintenance issue upon arrival, but they came quickly to make the repair as soon as we reported it. Great floor plan, plenty of space and privacy for 3 generations.

My family and friends had a great stay in Unit 1709 at Majestic Beach Resort Tower 2. The pictures portrayed the condo perfectly. The kitchen was clean and all appliances worked, which was nice since we cooked all meals in the room. The kitchen was stocked with dinnerware and glasses/cups. There are pots and pans and utensils but no casserole dish. Plenty of sitting at the island bar, kitchen table or on the balcony. The balcony was clean and had an amazing view! I have let Whitney at iTrip Vacations know of a few minor items: a few outlets not working, ice machine in mini bar not working, hallway bath door knob needs to be fixed, hallway bathroom toilet needs to be secured to the floor, a few light bulbs need to be replaced and batteries in fan remotes need to be replaced. We stayed on the beach most of the time but did find all the pools. Thank you Whitney for the wonderful customer service! We will be recommending this condo and your service to our friends!

My family and I had a very nice stay at 1709 Majestic Beach Resort Tower II. The view from this condo is awesome! The large spacious floorplan gave us plenty of room to enjoy our time there. I loved the large kitchen and that it was open to the rest of the home. The towers were extremely busy during 4th of July week, so the wait at the elevators was extended and the parking was a little aggravating due to the amount of cars parked. But overall, we really liked our stay at the condo. There were a few minor water and ice machine issues in the room but that did not effect our stay. Whitney was very nice and responded to my messages to her about the problems in a very timely manner. The master bedroom was my favorite space. The bed slept great and I loved the jacuzzi tub and large space for getting ready. One of the best parts about staying at the Majestic is probably it's location and the convenience to the beach and the shops and restaurants.
