This was second time family stayed at Las Brisas. We were as happy the second time as we were the second time. Everything was clean and well stocked with towels, etc. We were notified in plenty of time on procedures for entry. I would definitely return!!!

The condo was great. We had views of the ocean in front and the bay in back. Everyone was very nice and if there was a problem they on it right away. The condo was clean and it was just a short walk to the beach. We had a wonderful time and would definitely love to come back.

I Enjoyed staying at Lagoon Tower 1101 during week of Thanksgiving and getting to spend time with family. Donna was great working with me to help me navigate finding & using lockboxes for keys. Condo was clean, spacious & quiet. I liked that there’s only 2 units on each floor. I would recommend staying here again & using I trip.

As others have mentioned, could definitely use some sort of privacy buffer from the neighboring units on the deck, for the hot tub etc. Aside from that it was absolutely amazing, sitting in the hot tub listening to the waves crashing on the shore is hard to beat. Would definitely stay again! (Waves on this beach aren’t great for body surfing/surfing, maybe just the time of year not sure)

We had such a great stay! The location was perfect and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. The deck was beautiful and so peaceful during our morning coffee. The management company was attentive and had great communication making us feel right at home. We cant wait to come back! Thank you!
