This one-bedroom condo rental features two full bathrooms and a washer and dryer for your convenience. CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL BEFORE THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory hurricane evacuation. Vacation Insurance is recommended.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. - 8 a.m.
No SMOKING anywhere on premises except designated areas on the paved parking lot. Discard butts appropriately!
Pets are NOT allowed.
Vandalism is punishable by law. Anyone caught vandalizing will be reported to local authorities. iTrip assumes no responsibility for theft or damages to vehicles or personal property.
No Outdoor Grilling of any kind on balconies including ground floors.
Prohibited items: Open flames, fireworks, firearms or weapons of any kind, and drugs that are illegal in the State of Florida are prohibited in the unit.
Foul Language is NOT tolerated. Be nice.
No Throwing anything off balconies. It is a felony offense. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law & subject to immediate eviction.
Towels or clothing is not to be hung over the railings.
Seagulls are NOT to be fed from balconies.
Florida Laws Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenants to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.

We had a get away before our baby was born and it was amazing! We were skeptical staying so far away from the strip, but we will always stay on Thomas Drive now! Especially at the commodore it was CLEAN, NO WAIT FOR THE ELEVATORS, GREAT VEIWS,! Best vacation!

Our stay was very pleasant and we would definitely book again! There was sheets for the pull out bed but there was no extra comforters or blankets to keep you warm. I did not reach out and ask for any as we had brought a blanket from home for the road trip. I am sure if I had Amber would have gotten back with us quickly.

I stayed in a unit at the Commodore for a last-minute trip. Having no time to research it, I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect, but it did not disappoint! The location was wonderful!!! There were great restaurants and plenty of activities within walking distance, the pool was clean and well-maintained, the beach was beautiful, the units were spacious with large balconies, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a great trip and I can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay at the Commodore! The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the beach a lot! The only thing was that there was a musty smell as you first walked in. It wasn’t as noticeable towards the end of the stay!

This vacation was exactly what my family and I needed. We had so much fun at the commodore condo. The interior decor made for some great inside photos to add to the beautiful beach photos we got - just by walking down the steps and onto the beach. So the two small kids that was priceless because if someone needed to go back to the condo for something it wasn’t a major issue. We could go back to the condo, get whatever was needed and head right back out to the beach. My kids absolutely loved the pool, as did I because it was always a comfortable temperature. Any minor issues we had while we were at the condo were handled quickly and easily. It was absolutely awesome. Plus, all of our other adventures to an aquarium and a zoo (to feed a giraffe!) were just a few minutes away. I would recommend this agency and this particular condo to anyone going on vacation.

I have been to the Commodore every year for 20+ years and we have stayed in multiple rooms. This was one of the best we’ve stayed in! We were greeted with a basket of goodies, which we snacked on our whole trip! The condo was very clean and we were supplied with everything we needed for a great stay! Our stay at 702 Commodore was amazing. This unit had everything you needed for a relaxing visit to the beach. The room was beautifully decorated in the perfect location very clean and inviting. We had a great time staying at this condo! The condo is bigger then it seems in pictures and very clean and nicely decorated. It’s a perfect location to the beach and we enjoyed being able to just go to the ground floor and walk right out onto the beach. We used the pool and hot tub every day. The only suggestions we have is putting a new mattress in the pullout couch, it was so uncomfortable that my son just slept on the couch itself and thankfully we brought blankets because there was only sheets and pillows for it. Also little amenities go a long way and there was no pot holders for when you use the oven which I didn’t know until I put a pizza in and it would be great for even some salt, pepper and oil or cooking spray. We truly loved this condo just wish there was a little more amenities.

My husband and I stayed at Commodore 702 for the month of February. The condo is great! It has a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, and is nicely furnished. It has easy beach access and the balcony is a great place to view the wonderful sunsets. The heated pool and hot tub are a great place to relax and enjoy the beach views. This condo is in an excellent location! Is close to many good restaurants (Patches and Schooners within walking distance), farmer's market, St Andrews State Park, and Jubilee fishing boat. There were 3 minor issues with the condo and they fixed immediately. The digital entry was fantastic, no key to carry around or worry about losing during our month stay. Would highly recommend this condo! Has everything you need for a great vacation.

Thank you Amber for such an amazing place to stay! Such a cute place and clean! Amber suprised me with a welcome basket With water and snacks! Such a cute touch. The views were just as described and I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in Panama City! Very clean! The bedroom king size bed was so comfortable and it was decorated so cute! The patio was big and plenty of space to have your coffee in the morning and enjoy the sunrises and wine at night for the sunsets! I cannot day enough how smooth all of thus went! Just the way you’d want it when going on vacation!

The experience with our stat and the Commodore in Panama Beach FL was fantastic. So many positive things to report. First the booking was easy and the check-in couldn’t have been better. The guards at the entrance were always so helpful. The condo itself was perfect. The one bedroom overlooking the beach and ocean was fantastic and we were on the balcony a lot. It had all the supplies you would need and then some. We also liked that there was a restaurant right next door that we could walk to with good food, margaritas and music. Totally enjoyed our stay.
