The Commodore is a gated resort with on-site grilling, basketball, shuffleboard, a pool, a kiddie pool, and direct beach access. Once at the beach, there are beach chair and jet ski rentals, volleyball, and other exciting activities. The prime location is within walking distance of so many options for dining and activities, whether you want to grab an ice cream cone, shop for beach gear, or grab a cocktail - it is all just a short walk away! Just a short drive away, you will find area marinas, golfing, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, and many other options for local entertainment.

This beautifully updated rental has one bedroom and two full baths. There are stunning views of the Gulf throughout this rental - even from bed! The private balcony offers a direct view of the beach and the resort pool and grounds and is the perfect setting for morning coffee or taking in the sunset. The full kitchen offers ample space and everything you'll need to make your favorite dishes, or simply pack a picnic for the beach. This cozy condo is sure to please for any coastal getaway.

CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL BEFORE THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory hurricane evacuation. Vacation Insurance is recommended.

I liked this room at the Commodore. It was nice and clean upon arrival. Everything we needed was furnished. Even though this room says it can accommodate 4 people, in my opinion it is better suited for a couple. Great beach view from the balcony.

We rented from Sunday through the next Saturday, but ended up leaving on Friday to come home. This was our first vacation alone since our kids are grown. The room was as described, although it could have been cleaner. Not bad, but the ice maker tray had a dark fingerprint that was noticeable as soon as the freezer was opened, the Keurig still had water in the reservoir, dust on the trinkets on the dresser, a dirty spot on a dish cloth that was supposedly clean and another on the throw that was on the bed when we arrived, grout in the shower looks dirty, etc. I'm not a picky person, but things like that are hard to ignore. We were awoken one night at around 3am by the fire alarm and a voice on the intercom saying there had been a fire reported and to exit the building. We all congregated in the parking lot and stood out there quite a while. We never did get an all clear, but eventually people started going back to their rooms and so did we. We found out that there was a break in the water line going to the building which flooded on side of the parking lot. People were wading through mud to get to their vehicles. The entire building was without water until around 8pm the next evening. They worked on it all day to get it back on. I contacted iTrips to let them know about the water issues. They assured me that it would be back on that same day. No offer to comp anything, but they did respond quickly. The rest of our stay was pretty uneventful, but I don't think I'd pick this spot again. The good- It's close to St. Andrew's, close to a bar, if you're into that scene, fairly close to lots of places to eat, close to shopping, not really a party scene, very family oriented. The condo was great except for the cleaning issues. The elevators are fast when they work. The bad- Parking is not great, a lot of things need updated, such as the pool chairs and hot tub which only half works. The pool is lovely, but needs to be cleaned more often. The elevator got stuck with my husband on it once. There are warnings about not holding them and the results of you do, but people would still hold them.

My husband and I just spent one week at Commodore in Panama City Beach. It was so relaxing. The room was wonderful. Had everything we needed and then some. The room was so clean and well decorated. Amber with iTrip.com was very helpful with reservations and keeping us up to date with everything. Would love to return soon and book thru iTrip and Amber again. Had no problems what so ever. Very clean, and big! Love the two bathrooms inside! The checking and out process was very easy and the rack and carts to load and unload are things were very accessible. Great access to the beach along with chair and umbrella! The security was phenomenal and made us feel safe along with our vehicle! Will definitely be back to the Commodore!

It was a wonderful stay with a fantastic view. The place was clean and well appointed with an amazing balcony and quick easy access to the beach. I do wish there had been some basic condiments like salt and pepper, etc. Bed was comfortable. Check in and out was easy. The restaurant/bar across the parking lot was very good.

609 was a good unit to rent and even provided beach chairs, which was a big selling point! 609 was a very clean unit and had all the amenities, as well as a good location [beachfront]. We enjoyed our stay very much and will most definitely rent 609 again in the future.

We had the Best Stay ever. The condo was clean and fully furnished with everything we needed. ITrip provided a welcome bag full of snacks. Our condo came with two beach chairs and umbrella and it was super nice having those available each day. The guy running the beach chair rentals infront of Condo was super attentive. We enjoyed being able walk to the Local pub Patches and the live music every nite. We felt very safe and relaxed at the Commodore.if you’re looking for quiet and relaxing place to stay this is the condo for you. We would definitely stay at The Commodore again.

This condo view was just as wonderful as pictured, and looked just like it did in all of the photos. Every resident, and fellow vacationer was more than nice at this location. It’s located in the quieter part of the beach which I absolutely loved. I will be going back year after year. 10/10 would stay at this location, and this property specifically!

The room was exactly as described, the customer service provided by Amber was wonderful, however, if you are younger or have children I would avoid this building at all costs. My husband and our children frequently travel to Gulf Shores and PCB, typically every 8-10 weeks, this was our first time staying at the Commodore and sadly will be our last. This has nothing to do with the property owner or the unit and is solely based on the long term residents that stay in this condominium building. On multiple occasions at the beach and the on site pool area it was rudely brought up to my 10 year old by older residents that this was a retirement community he should not be allowed to stay in this building, it was mentioned to us by a particular group of women that they could not stand tourists. This feeling of being unwelcome had an effect on my children. We spent most of our time trying to avoid any of the amenities onsite which included the pool as well as the beach chairs provided due to this type of behavior from adults. I have stayed at multiple other rentals along Thomas Drive as well as Front Beach Rd. And have never had such an experience. I mentioned this is an email with the property owner who stated they are aware of the grumpy residents. While I understand this is not something that can be controlled it is unfair to customers who are spending hard earned money to show up unsuspecting and have this type of experience.

We stayed three nights at the Commodore celebrating my wife's birthday. Amber is awesome, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The condo was well decorated making it very cozy. The view from the sixth floor offered beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The Moon was also full, making the nights just as beautiful.... peace and tranquility!

Wonderful stay at the commodore I have a place here in PCB but not on the Gulf and wanted to invite my mom and dad as a Christmas present to come to the beach for a wonderful 5 day trip here . The place was clean and we enjoyed the condo loved the sunsets on the balcony very cozy and they will be back .
