We just spent 7 nights at this SE Portland Rental and were very pleased with the accommodations as well as its proximity to our son's home. It is always exciting when visiting Portland to see the changes and new eating place along Hawthorn Ave. We would definitely seek this out again for another stay.

Our stay was perfect; the home was very spacious; four families never felt crowded! Clean House, appreciated the supplies provided by the owner and extra towels! House convenient to everything. The host was absolutely easy to communicate with before and during the trip. Highly recommend!

Amazing weekend

Check in was easy, the home was very cute and well decorated. Plenty of sleeping options. We loved the arcade, shuffleboard, and board games. The home has been nicely updated. We loved the kitchen, it had everything we needed. Wish we had more time here to enjoy all the things this home had to offer.

Very pleased with our stay. The property is recently updated, has a good layout, and all amenities needed. Great balcony. As usual, iTrip staff were professional and responsive to all questions. After several years we feel confident properties handled by iTrip are exactly as represented, clean, and well maintained. This is no exception.

Great location and very comfortable house with all the conveniences! Easy access to Jug Creek, Charlotte Harbor and Boca Grande Pass. Close to marinas and restaurants. Great boat lift, but use is subject to something greater than low tide. No where to leave boat off lift and tied up. Really would be great if sea wall had a couple of pilings set so that would be possible.
