Phenomenal and Relaxing

This home had everything necessary to make our trip comfortable and relaxing. The location is quiet and the backyard invites you to spend hours outside enjoying the apple tree, grape vines, lighting, grill and blackberry bushes. The beds are amazingly comfortable as well. Thank you for such a beautiful experience.

The location and size was excellent. The garbage disposal was frozen. No dishwasher soap was available. Asking us to wash a load of towels at the end of our stay without providing any detergent was tacky. The balcony was a great size with a wonderful view. The "extra" fees were excessively high.

Everything was great! Few recommendations: The room facing the city needs a full close curtain, the light in the outside hall makes it hard to sleep even with the blinds close.Owner should also give code and location for the basement upfront and let the people know that if the garage gets full that there is basement garage.Other than that the condo was very nice and very well kept!

We really enjoyed our stay at 3 Little Birds. The property was as described in the listing and photos. 3 Little birds came equipped with everything you could need for your vacation. The communication with the owner was very good. We will definitely come back.

Great location and view of the gulf. This condo was in excellent condition with nice decorations. I highly recommend. However, a couple suggestion would be to install a new screen on the porch and fix up the exterior a bit. Add a couple decent frying pans for cooking would be nice as well.
