INTERIOR

Step inside to an open, light-filled floor plan with vaulted ceilings, wood-style flooring, and a ceiling fan overhead. The living room centers around a fireplace and wall-mounted TV, with a low-profile sectional sofa and playful pops of color throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a center island, and both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig for guests to choose their morning brew. The adjacent dining area seats six around a stylish table, with sliding glass doors that open straight out to the pool patio for easy indoor-outdoor flow.

OUTDOOR SPACES

The backyard is the star of this home, anchored by a long private pool and a separate in-ground spa, both framed by desert landscaping and mature palms. A pergola-covered patio offers comfortable lounge seating and a shaded dining table, while a built-in gas grill makes it easy to cook up meals for your loved ones. Out front, a private, hedge-lined courtyard with additional seating nooks offers a quiet spot for morning coffee.

SLEEPING QUARTERS

The primary suite features a king bed and opens directly to the pool patio through sliding glass doors, with an ensuite bathroom that includes a dual-sink vanity. Two additional guest bedrooms each offer a queen bed, mirrored closets, and comfortable, mid-century-inspired furnishings.

THINGS TO DO

Located in central Palm Springs, this home is just a short drive from the shops, galleries, and restaurants of the Uptown Design District and downtown Palm Springs' Palm Canyon Drive. Ruth Hardy Park is nearby for a morning walk or picnic, and the area's golf courses and hiking trails are easily accessible for a day out in the desert.

RULES

An exterior entry security camera is present. It is not monitored and is only utilized when the home is vacant.

POOL HEAT

The sparkling pool and soothing spa take center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool heat is available for $75 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and the pool's size.

PET POLICY

We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog, 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds not be on the property: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Doberman, Bullmastiff, Boxer, or similar breeds.
