Welcome to Los Pueblos, a Palm Springs community set right along the Tahquitz Creek Golf Course. This two-story condo offers a loft-style primary suite upstairs, an open-concept living space with a gas fireplace, and easy access to three community pools, four spas, and tennis and pickleball courts, all surrounded by mountain views and the lush greens of the golf course.

INTERIOR

Step inside to a bright, modern open-plan with vaulted ceilings that connect the kitchen, living, and dining areas. The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and the living area is built for entertaining, complete with plenty of seating space, a fireplace, and direct access to a patio overlooking the pond.

SLEEPING QUARTERS

The entire upstairs is dedicated to a private loft retreat, a spacious primary suite with an ensuite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the pond and mountains. Downstairs, two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom, perfect for family or friends traveling together.

OUTDOOR SPACES

With both a front courtyard patio and a back patio, there's plenty of outdoor space to enjoy throughout the day. The front courtyard patio is set up for al fresco dining. The back patio also offers al fresco dining, along with a gas BBQ and a firepit, with views of a peaceful pond, swaying palm trees, and the surrounding mountains. Upstairs, the primary suite opens onto its own private balcony, offering the same pond and mountain scenery from a quieter vantage point above the rest of the home.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES

Los Pueblos guests have access to three community pools, four spas, and two tennis courts, plus a pickleball court just steps away. The community sits alongside the Tahquitz Creek Golf Course, so green fairways and mountain views are just steps away.

THINGS TO DO

This home is located in southern Palm Springs, close to shopping, dining, and downtown. Head to Palm Canyon Drive for boutique shopping, art galleries, and some of the valley's best restaurants and nightlife. Take the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway up to the cool pines of Mount San Jacinto, or hit the trails at Indian Canyons for hiking through palm oases. Catch downtown's weekly VillageFest, or spend an afternoon at the Palm Springs Art Museum.
