INTERIOR

Step inside to a warm and inviting interior where rich textures, tall ceilings, and stately architectural details create a sense of comfort and sophistication. The main living room is spacious and thoughtfully designed, featuring plush furnishings in warm tones, a fireplace, large 86in. TV, ceiling fan, and convenient coffee and end tables—perfect for relaxing with drinks or snacks. Columns and elevated ceilings add to the home’s open, elegant feel.

The gourmet kitchen is both functional and refined, overlooking the living area to keep everyone connected. It features black granite countertops and backsplash, double stainless steel ovens, a 5-burner cooktop, and abundant storage. A peninsula bar with seating for three and pendant lighting provides additional space for casual dining or gathering. Just beyond, the formal dining area offers seating for six in a more traditional setting. The kitchen is amply stocked with all meal prep necessities for you and your group.

A separate den located off the front entrance provides an additional private living space, complete with a leather sofa, massage recliner, ceiling fan, TV, beverage cooler, and wet bar. With its own direct access to the backyard, this space is ideal for unwinding or enjoying a quiet retreat. Located off the den is a dedicated office equipped with a monitor and printer, making it easy to stay connected during your stay.

The home offers spacious and comfortable sleeping accommodations, each designed with privacy and relaxation in mind.

The primary suite is a true retreat, featuring a adjustbale king bed, ceiling fan, TV, fireplace, and a cozy seating area with a sofa, chair, and ottoman. Sliding doors provide private access to the patio, allowing for seamless indoor-outdoor living. The en-suite bathroom is equally impressive, with warm wood tones, a large vanity with double sinks, a tiled corner shower, and an oversized jetted soaking tub.

A second bedroom offers a luxurious four-poster king bed, fireplace, ceiling fan, TV, and its own seating area, along with an en-suite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination.

An additional full bathroom includes an oversized tiled walk-in shower and a vessel sink, providing both style and convenience for guests. Wiith four full bathrooms in total, the home ensures comfort and flexibility for larger groups or families.

A two-car driveway delivers convenience, rounding out the home’s thoughtful exterior features. The parking garage is not accessible to guests.

POOL HEAT

The sparkling pool and soothing spa take center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool heat is available for $65 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and the pool's size.

PET POLICY

We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
