The private patio extends the living space with a relaxed outdoor dining table for four positioned beneath the open sky, offering a welcoming setting for morning coffee or dinner after a day exploring the city. The fire feature is ideal to relax at the end of the day and watch the sun set behind the mountain while enjoying a glass of wine. A three buyrner BBQ is available for guests to use, and is iseal for meal prep. A separate conversation area includes two cushioned chairs arranged beneath a large sun umbrella, creating an inviting nook for reading, conversation, or quiet afternoons outdoors. The patio becomes a natural extension of both bedrooms, enhancing the home’s sense of ease and connection to the outdoors.

POOL/SPA

The community’s sparkling pool and spa provide a refreshing retreat, inviting long afternoons in the sun or peaceful dips beneath the desert sky. These amenities are shared with the surrounding residences rather than private to the home itself. Optional pool and spa heat, when available seasonally through the community, may be subject to association guidelines rather than individual scheduling.
