We offer the best location in the area just half a block away from the incredible entertainment, shops & restaurants of El Paseo. This comfortable, beautifully decorated two story Condo with many upgrades will be your escape that you have come to the Desert for. The downstairs includes a fully equipped kitchen with nice appliances. The kitchen, living and dining room all flow together in an open plan configuration that gives the home a spacious, light feel and allows for easy entertaining.

The newly carpeted upstairs offers two generously sized bedrooms: The Main Bedroom includes a king-sized bed with adjacent southern exposure balcony and an en suite bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a King bed with peekaboo Southern mountain views. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen HD TV, ceiling fan, and ample closet space. There is a guest bath with a shower/tub combo.

We loved this unit, the location is perfect. The suite is nicely appointed and the kitchen well equipped. The rental agency was great to deal with, there was no propane in the tank but they were there within 12 hours to replace it. Beds were great and the complex quiet. Would definitely return to this complex.

My friends and I loved our stay at Sandroc Condominiums. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the pool area was perfect. We ran into a number of friendly residents and enjoyed the walkabilty that the condo's location affords. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and activities are all easily accessible by foot (or car). iTrip staff were easily available by phone and attentive to our questions. I would definitely book this property or another with iTrip in the future.

We booked though the website VRBO saw the condo that looked great and the location was perfect. I was skeptical as to if the condo would look like that. It did and we had a great time. The check in and check out were super easy.

This condo was so cute and the location to downtown was in walking distance. My girlfriends and I had an amazing time. We will definitely rent this condo again for a girls trip weekend. The location was to die for, 100 feet to ElPaso and multiple restaurants and bars! Condo was in excellent shape, everything was first class, why would anyone going to this area not have a Condo in walking distance of the downtown, I lived in Santa Barbara for a few years and thought their downtown could not be matched, the ElPaso area is the coolest area I have ever been around Rating for sure 5 stars

The unit in Sandroc was well located to walk to restaurants and other amenities in the Palm Desert/El Paseo area. The unit was well equipped. One downside - no in-suite laundry. The unit was clean and the support by the local representative was very good. Would recommend a stay at this unit for someone wanting to walk to most services.

We had a great time in this condo, nice and clean and set up as we entered on our first day. No issues and location is perfect. Pay laundry but location to the laundry room is great. Pool is also very close. Very quiet complex . Would highly recommend this rental and will use it again I’m sure.

Perfect Condo Location in Palm Desert

This is the second time we've stayed in this condo and won't be the last. Perfect location literally steps away from everything on El Paseo - amazing shopping, restaurants, and art galleries. Extremely quiet and peaceful complex - great pool that is never busy (in spite of us visiting two different times at peak seasons). Condo very clean and well stocked and beds extra comfy. Cannot think of a thing we would change. Nicole does an amazing job taking care of everything for us!

Nice clean property with a great location

The property is located in the heart of Palm Desert. The check-in/out process is super easy. The kitchen had all of the things we needed. The only downside was that they advertised the opportunity to play pool but when we attempted, there were no pool sticks and they were missing a ball from the set.

Great Stay at Sandroc

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at #18 Sandroc Condominiums. Nicole at itrip Vacations was great and had called us just after our flight arrived to check in with us and see how she could be of assistance. The condo is in a very good location just off el Paseo Drive. There is a nice pool and the condo was very clean, updated and well equipped. We will definitely stay here again.

Best equipped condo ever!

Not only is the location fabulous, close to El Paseo and some great hiking trails, but the kitchen has everything one could wish for: ample dishes, cooking utensils, spices, some starter groceries, various pots, pans and kitchen appliances. For those who like to do some of their own cooking while on vacation, this condo is perfect. This large, comfortable, clean unit is perfect for two couples. There are plenty of clean bath towels and linens, as well as swim towels for the lovely heated pool and hot tub. We would happily stay here again and will recommend it to our friends who are currently bundled up and busy shovelling their driveways.

This condo is very well appointed, comfortable and conveniently located to all kinds of fun things to see and do. The property manager, Nicole, could not have been any more attentive, prompt or accommodating. She is very kind and considerate and it was a pleasure to rent this property through her. We would definitely return to stay at this condo and would be happy to work with Nicole. My husband and I have rented condos annually for years and I believe this was our best experience ever – with the unit itself and the manager, Nicole.

Desert Trip Headquarters

My wife and I stayed in this condo in October for the desert trip music festival weekend #2. The manager Nicole communicated with us well and met us on site to show us around the condo.This condo was the perfect oasis away from the crowds of the festival. Spacious and well appointed, one minute walk to shops, restaurants and cafes, yet quiet. This unit's entrance is located on the inside of the complex, steps away from the pool and away from the parking lot and street. The pool was large and the water temperature was nice. It should be noted we did not see a coffee maker however the unit did have a Kreuig coffee maker which requires pods. We agreed we would not stay anywhere else on our next trip to the desert.

Hands down one of the best rentals ever. Nicole was super helpful and friendly. The place is super spacious and beautiful. The neighborhood is wonderful and the place is walking distance to shops and restaurants which makes it so convenient. Loved the friendly neighbors and totally loved the pool and spa. Would rent this again in a heartbeat.

Terry and Nicole were great. Property is lovely and enjoyed our week in the desert. Pool refreshing and tennis courts nicely kept up. Walking distance to many shops and eateries. Recommend for travelers or those just wanting to get away for a few days.
