This Mid-Century Beauty was completely remodeled in 2018 staying true to the mid-century design.

The Gorgeous well-equipped kitchen offers quartz countertops, stainless appliances, a gas cooktop, custom cabinetry, a counter depth refrigerator with ice and water, and views to the Northeast! The Dining area has a table for 4 and opens to the living room which boasts beautiful custom built-in cabinetry, comfy yet elegant furnishings, and gorgeous mountain views!

The Main Bedroom includes a Queen sized bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, Smart TV, Walk-In Closet, En Suite Bath with large Vanity, and generous Walk-In Shower! The multipurpose Den/Guest Bedroom has a Queen Sleeper Sofa, Custom Built-In Cabinetry (including a closet cabinet). The wonderful white and bright tiled guest bath has a roomy walk-in shower. House Rules

  Palm Desert

GUEST booking the property must be 25 YEARS OLD, & must occupy the property during the entire term of the booking.   The main guest (MG) is responsible for behavior of all occupants.

Maximum OCCUPANCY is provided in the property listing. 2 people per bedroom.  

No excessive NOISE allowed beyond the property. City prohibits renters from using sound devices (radios, sound systems, etc.) & musical instruments outside the rental property between 10 p.m. & 10 a.m. Failure to comply will result in fines, & removal from property without refund.

1 CAR is allowed per bedroom. Guests must use garage & driveway parking. No street parking, no boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs.
 
If a property is not PET friendly, we may allow a pet under certain circumstances. Please inquire. For pet friendly properties please disclose if bringing a pet at the time of reservation inquiry. A non refundable fee of $200 is required. Unauthorized pets will result in fee of $500. 

SMOKING of any kind is prohibited at the property.  Smoke smell/odor found post departure authorizes manager to remediate the smoke smell, & the main guest will incur a fee of $2.10 per sq. ft. times the property square footage per title records.

BBQ only be used if provided by the Owner & do not relocate BBQ. Open flame is prohibited, I.E candle burning, charcoal BBQ’s. Do not dismantle smoke & carbon monoxide detectors. 

All guests & responsible occupant acknowledge use of the pool/spa amenities increase the risk of injury &/or death. POOL AND SPA use is at your own risk. THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Use of Pool, Spa and Pool Area amenities can cause serious injury, including death. The occupants accept this risk when booking the property.

POOL HEATING may be added to your booking. Daily pool heating fee is based on current rates of Natural Gas and size of the pool. Please inquire with the booking agent for a quote. 

The manager will request a copy of the main guest ID prior to check in.  Main guest may be required to sign additional agreements. No refunds for early depatures. 

UNINTENTIONAL DAMAGE must be reported to the manager prior to departure. Accidental property damage is covered up to $1,500 by LDW Fee in your booking fee. Accidental damage not reported during the stay will be treated as intentional damage & the cost will be charged to the Main Guest reservation.

If  property is no longer able to honor this reservation due to unforeseen circumstances & out of Manager’s or Owner’s control, Manager will issue a full refund immediately to the Responsible Occupant.

Reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of deposit, damage deposit, &/or balance of rental payment. If any occupant violates any terms of this agreement, PDVP may terminate this Agreement. PDVP will notify the Responsible Occupant of agreement termination, & the Responsible Occupant will vacate the promise within 3 hours.

Building Codes that are applicable for residential homes are not required for handicap accessibility. This home is not ADA compliant. Manager is not aware of any toxic fungus/mold or other mold which may exceed allowable levels.

Palm Desert Vacation Properties, iTrip or the Owner, do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does the owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

Great condo great location!

We were very pleased with our first vrbo rental in Palm desert! The condo was perfect for the two of us and was exactly as described and was very clean. The condo is in a great central location - close to shopping and restaurants at El Paseo and close to lots of great hiking! When it was just the two of us the tv in the den worked great. I could close the door while my husband watched his sports. But once we had company we did miss having a tv in the living room. Condo was very quiet - we never saw a soul. We had the pool to ourselves but it was a bit chilly in the air for swimming. The pool was nicely heated. The parking was excellent . Highly recommend the condo for a very quiet relaxing vacation! Palm desert vacation properties were excellent to deal with. They responded immediately to any questions or concerns. When we locked ourselves out they were there in minutes to let us back in. Nothing but good to say about this rental. We will be back!

Fabulous views inside and out

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our six week stay. The house was very clean and tastefully newly remodelled. We totally appreciated the quality of the finishings. We had one small problem with the plumbing but it was addressed very quickly. The location is very central and the views from all the windows was spectacular. We enjoyed the shade in the private patio most afternoons and the pool was a welcome relief from the hot sunshine. I guess if I had to complain about anything I’d say the kitchen is small for two cooks but the appliances are all top notch.

Wonderful home in nice community

We spent 5 weeks in this home, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The community is lovely and the neighbors are very friendly. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. We didn't use the pull out couch, but we enjoyed watching TV in the den/second bedroom. The outdoor space is private and pleasant with lots of hummingbirds and bunnies to amuse anyone who sits outside. The kitchen is small but very functional. It's only a fairly short walk to El Paseo and to the wonderful hiking trails to the Cross and the Bump and Grind. We'd stay here again happily the next time we visit Palm Desert.

Wonderful desert stay!

Had the most wonderful month long stay here! The mountain views, beautiful decor, and comfortable furniture really made you feel like we're living in luxury. The unit has great amenities, laundry, guest parking, a huge community pool, brand new appliances, I couldn't ask for more. We felt safe staying here during Covid, super close to shopping and groceries (great for deliveries during Covid). We really enjoyed our stay here and would have stayed longer if we could. We definitely will be back! Thanks a bunch to the friendly staff and host for having us. Can't express enough just how great this place was! Cheers :)
