INTERIOR

The bright and remodeled condo features new furnishings designed for comfort, entertaining and relaxation! One of the most luxurious units in Palm Valley Country Club. The living room features a large sofa and a large TV for your favorite shows or sports! The dining table seats 6 comfortably. A built in office and desk are located in the den off the kitchen. The den features a 42in. Smart TV. Living Room TV and Master Bedrooms feature cable service in addition to streaming services. Other TV's include apps for streaming. Kitchen feature new high end appliances including a Wolf oven. The kitchen bar is prefect for breakfast. Full size washer and dryer are available for guest use. The property includes a 2 car parking garage with climate control.

SLEEPING QUARTERS

The main en-suite features a king bed, 50in. Smart TV, ceiling fan, bright spacious main bath and closets. The Guest Main features a king bed, ceiling fan and a 40in. TV. For the overflow of guests, the den provides a queen pullout sofa.

EXTERIOR

The spacious and private entry courtyard features pavers, outdoor sectional seating, built-in outdoor fireplace, 5 burner BBQ. Perfect for entertaining your guests and family. The unit is located 100 feet from the community pool and spa. A super short walk to enjoy a nice swim! Community pool and spa provide views of the Santa Rosa Mountains and golf course.

The large covered backyard patio features a 4 person dining table, and two chaise lounges to catch some sun! Patio faces and you can enjoy beautiful sunrise view!

THINGS TO DO!

This unit comes with Tennis and Fitness Center access for a fee of daily rate of $15 or weekly rate of $30 per person (6 guests). One time registration fee of $25 is required. Guests have access to the club house restaurants, shops, spa, tennis and fitness center. The guests must register at the front desk. Palm Valley Country Club is located 4 miles to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, 10 miles to Empire Polo Grounds (Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals), 18 minutes to the Living Desert, 25 minutes to Palm Springs Airport, 2.5 hours to San Diego, L.A. and Disneyland.

The minimum age for this property is 25 years. City of Palm Desert Permit STR2023-0007.

Frequently Asked Questions

GUEST booking the property must be 25 YEARS OLD, & must occupy the property during the entire term of the booking.   The main guest (MG) is responsible for behavior of all occupants.

Maximum OCCUPANCY is provided in the property listing. 2 people per bedroom.  

No excessive NOISE allowed beyond the property. City prohibits renters from using sound devices (radios, sound systems, etc.) & musical instruments outside the rental property between 10 p.m. & 10 a.m. Failure to comply will result in fines, & removal from property without refund.

1 CAR is allowed per bedroom. Guests must use garage & driveway parking. No street parking, no boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs.
 
If a property is not PET friendly, we may allow a pet under certain circumstances. Please inquire. For pet friendly properties please disclose if bringing a pet at the time of reservation inquiry. A non refundable fee of $250 is required. Pets allows only if under 35 lbs and one pet. Unauthorized pets will result in fee of $500. 

SMOKING of any kind is prohibited at the property.  Smoke smell/odor found post departure authorizes manager to remediate the smoke smell, & the main guest will incur a fee of $2.10 per sq. ft. times the property square footage per title records.

BBQ only be used if provided by the Owner & do not relocate BBQ. Open flame is prohibited, I.E candle burning, charcoal BBQ’s. Do not dismantle smoke & carbon monoxide detectors. 

All guests & responsible occupant acknowledge use of the pool/spa amenities increase the risk of injury &/or death. POOL AND SPA use is at your own risk. THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Use of Pool, Spa and Pool Area amenities can cause serious injury, including death. The occupants accept this risk when booking the property.

POOL HEATING may be added to your booking. Daily pool heating fee is based on current rates of Natural Gas and size of the pool. Please inquire with the booking agent for a quote. 

The manager will request a copy of the main guest ID prior to check in.  Main guest may be required to sign additional agreements. No refunds for early depatures. 

UNINTENTIONAL DAMAGE must be reported to the manager prior to departure. Accidental property damage is covered up to $1,500 by LDW Fee in your booking fee. Accidental damage not reported during the stay will be treated as intentional damage & the cost will be charged to the Main Guest reservation.

If  property is no longer able to honor this reservation due to unforeseen circumstances & out of Manager’s or Owner’s control, Manager will issue a full refund immediately to the Responsible Occupant.

Reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of deposit, damage deposit, &/or balance of rental payment. If any occupant violates any terms of this agreement, PDVP may terminate this Agreement. PDVP will notify the Responsible Occupant of agreement termination, & the Responsible Occupant will vacate the promise within 3 hours.

Building Codes that are applicable for residential homes are not required for handicap accessibility. This home is not ADA compliant. Manager is not aware of any toxic fungus/mold or other mold which may exceed allowable levels.

Palm Desert Vacation Properties, iTrip or the Owner, do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does the owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

Beautiful condo!

We had a wonderful month in this beautifully updated condo! The space is open and bright and very welcoming. The lighting is really nice which made for comfortable evenings reading, talking with friends or watching TV. The barbecue area is also a welcome addition. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to returning next year.

Our stay at Palm Valley CC

We arrived on Christmas day and left on February 25th. During our stay we had several unfortunate situations, but overall our experience was pleasant. The following situations are mentioned to help those who come after us . 1. The sliding door from the living room was very difficult to open and close. Once the maintenance man came by (2 days later) and sprayed silicone on the tracks, the door worked easily. 2. The drains in both showers were clogged and slow to drain, but once the maintenance man came ( 2 days later) and cleaned them out they worked perfectly. 3. The refrigerator/freezer did not work properly. We reported it and a repair man came out (next day) and diagnosed the problem as a "bad compressor". The owners decided they should buy a new unit. We needed to have two small refrigerators brought in to prevent most of our food from spoiling. We lost some of our food, but the majority was saved. Three days later the new refrigerator came and we were back to "normal". 4. The home owners association decided to turn off the heaters in the hot tubs and pools when the price of natural gas went up. They failed to tell us that only certain hot tubs in the complex were still working. These situations made our stay less enjoyable, but we still had a delightful time. As I said before I hope that mentioning these situations will help prevent others from experiencing similar circumstances.

Very nice, super clean condo!

This condo is just like the photos. It is immaculately clean (great job cleaning staff!). It is decorated very nicely and fully furnished with everything you need! The towels were luxurious and soft, the kitchen is very nice, the washer/dryer were awesome. We LOVED the private bbq area! The only couple things that we would change are the main master bed (frame and mattress are not the best, the frame was loose and the mattress is sunken in on one side, everytime one of us moved at night we woke the other because the whole bed bounced…so I ended up moving to the extra bedroom. The other thing is the main master bedroom sliding door is not noise proof, not sure if it can be upgraded? Quite noisy with the golf course staff in the mornings and the train nearby. But all in all we really enjoyed our stay!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The place was updated and decorated very nicely. The furnishings were high end and the kitchen was large and modern. Very clean and they had plenty of towels both beach and bath. This is the nicest condo in PVCC we have stayed at and we’ve stayed many times. We will be back!

Gorgeous property!

My mom and I stayed at this property for a week while visiting family in the area. It was incredibly clean and updated. It had everything we possibly needed. The unit is nicely decorated. The beds and couch were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you can imagine. The pool was just a few steps away. Great view from the back patio. We will definitely stay here again.
