CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:

Walkway coating and maintenance work is scheduled at Shoalwater September 14–November 15. Guests may experience noticeable construction noise and activity during weekday hours, approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, including hydroblasting, equipment, and contractor activity.

September 14–October 1: Individual floors will have one-day closures from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. There will be no access to units on the affected floor during this work.

October 5–18: The building will remain open, but guests may encounter construction activity, narrowed walkways, temporary detours, and occasional noise. Unit access will be maintained.

October 19–November 1: Floors 7–12 will be completely closed, with no access to units during this period.

No hydroblasting is scheduled for Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Construction dates and access restrictions are subject to change due to weather or other circumstances.

Shoalwater 1105 is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo located in the heart of Orange Beach. The unit has Gulf-front views from the 11th floor.

Condo Features:

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom

• Fully equipped kitchen everything that you could need in your home away from home. The dining table seating six and there are three barstools for additional seating.

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• Living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper

• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• Second bedroom has a king-size bed

• Third bedroom has a queen-size bed

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry

• Maximum of two cars allowed
