Shoalwater 105 is a three-bedroom, two-bath, recently remodeled condo located in the heart of Orange Beach with amazing Gulf-front views from the 1st floor.

• Access to balcony from the living room and master bedroom.

• Tile throughout unit.

• Fully equipped kitchen, dining room table that seats four with four additional bar stools.

• Washer and Dryer in unit

• Living room has a sofa sleeper with a 50" flat screen TV/DVD.

• Master bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV.

• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a TV.

• Third bedroom has a queen-size bed with a TV.

• Wireless internet access is provided.

• Amenities include: Air Conditioning, BBQ Grill, Boardwalk, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, DVD, Elevator, Fitness Room, Gazebo, Heated Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, Ice Maker, Internet/Wifi, Iron and Board, Kiddie Pool, Outdoor Pool, Private Balcony, Refrigerator, Satellite/Cable, Steam Room, Tennis Court, TV, Washer/Dryer

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with lockbox onsite!

• Maximum of two cars allowed.

• Minimum age to rent is 25.

Guests will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity, every day and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

You may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free) and then golf at lunch (one person is free) and then the waterpark that afternoon (one person is free.) Or you may choose to go to the waterpark in the morning with the kids (one person is free) and your husband can go play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of the activities every day and one of your party is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

7 of us stayed over Thanksgiving weekend and had plenty of room. We even had everything we needed to prepare a full Thanksgiving Dinner in the fully stocked kitchen. We were able to walk straight out of patio into the pool area to the boardwalk, we were on the beach in less than 2 minutes. Perfect location! We will be back again!

We really enjoyed our time at Shoalwater. It is always a joy. The restraints are close at hand. Shopping either at Foley or the local shops is always fun. We had some rain but had plenty of things to do. Can't wait to return.

We loved our stay at Shoalwater 105. The unit was really clean and everything worked great! It was so nice being on the first floor and walking from the beach straight to our back patio! No need to worry about getting everything on the elevator or climbing any stairs. The view was great and we were just a hop and a skip away from the pool. Everyone was so helpful and we will definitely be looking for availability here during our next stay at Orange Beach.

Good view of beach and gulf from this first floor room. Saw dolphins every day from patio. Convenient access to the beach and outdoor pool area. Three bedroom condo is laid out well; adequate room for five adults and two young children (slept on pull-out couch-bed). Wall decorations are attractive and family friendly. CLEAN! Kitchen is nice size and well equipped for basic meal preparations (toaster didn’t work right, had to hold lever down). Table service is adequate and in good repair. Loved having clothes washer and dryer in the condo. A/C was adequate and quiet. Master bedroom good size with private bath; king bed very comfortable; sliding door to patio; TV didn’t work. Other bedrooms a little small; no view; and beds very firm (uncomfortable). Second bathroom was fine. Living room was fair size and TV adequate (however, remote didn’t match TV, so many features of TV were not available such as specific channel selection); smoke detector low battery beeping, had to disconnect, but smoke detector in kitchen worked. Living room had two sliding doors leading to the patio. One door’s handle broke with normal use (cheap pot metal casting), doors are very heavy and don’t slide easily. Other door lock jammed and we needed a screwdriver to pry loose. Patio is nice; small plastic table and four chairs (one chair was cracked and could not use for sitting); five floor tiles on the edge were loose. (Itripvacations was courteous when contacted and asked if I needed the issues fixed during our stay. I said no need since we could work around the issues. They didn’t fix the issues while we were there.) Outdoor pool was plenty large for number of people using it. Good temp and clean (some coping was loose and repaired during our stay). Indoor pool and hot tub nice. Overall, we enjoyed our family vacation, but think the room was a little overpriced for it's condition.

We really enjoyed the time in our favorite location on the beach. This was the first time using VRBO and we were concerned that the process might not work. It went very smoothly. The unit was clean and updated. It has such a great location close to restaurants, groceries, shopping and charter fishing. We would like to spend more time in unit #105.

We enjoyed our stay in Shoalwater #105. Sadly the weather did not cooperate for us....it was cold everywhere for our Spring Break. Luckily the indoor pool and jacuzzi took care of some of our blues for us. The convenience of this being on the ground floor and literally walking out the back sliding doors to the outdoor pool and then straight to the beach was wonderful! And I was worried to not being to see dolphins......no worries at all! I was able to take pics from the back doors. The only thing I would say that we didn't care for, were the colllege kids who had no respect and threw cigarette butts and trash off of their balcony right above us....so we had that at the back door, but college students will be college students during Spring Break. I will definitely keep this condo in mind for future stays. When making our decision, we had it narrowed down to one other condo at Perdido Beach Resort (or something like that) and chose this one to try it out since it was on the ground floor. Highly recommend unit #105!

Loved the Condo! The only thing I would mention is that the refrigerator door doesn't close very well; we had to put something in front of that door to keep the food and drinks cool. We plan to stay there again next summer.

We really enjoyed our mini vacation at Shoalwater, the unit 105 was perfect. It is much bigger than it appears in pictures. The kitchen was very well supplied and the beds were very comfortable including the hide a bed which normally isn't. I loved the ground floor access next to the pool and beach, however was very private. The pool and grounds were clean. Shoalwater appears to be very Family Oriented there was a mixture of all ages including newlyweds, parents/young children, teenage children, and the elderly. There were all types of stores and restaurants in the area that you could drive very easily to. Will definitely book again at Shoalwater.

We have stayed at Shoalwater condominiums for many years (roughly about 12 years) as a multi-family vacation. We have grown from a group of 9 to now a small crowd of 21. So, we know the property very well. This is the first year that we have stayed in Shoalwater room 105 booked through ITrips.com. We found the room to be in the best condition ever. There have many upgrades to decor, kitchen supplies and overall ambiance. We enjoy staying on the ground floor because outside of the sliding glass door is a grassy area, fenced in for safety. We can let grandchildren play without the risk of accessing the pool without our knowledge. We give Shoalwater 105 the highest of recommendations. Six family members stayed in this unit, and it worked out perfectly. The main area was larger than we expected, and the master suite was very spacious. There is also a very nice patio, and it connects directly to the pool area and walkway to the beach. Everything in the unit worked perfectly and it was very clean. We would definitely book this unit again!

The location of this condo could not be better. Staying on the bottom floor and having such easy access to the pool and beach directly from our patio far outweighs anything negative I could say. For other families sake I will point out that this unit is small. Not necessarily a bad thing BC we didn't go to the beach to sit in the condo. We did however have 3 pack and plays for our babies and finding room in the back two bedrooms to fit even 1 pack and play was a challenge. We were able to get one in there, but that left zero floor space. Again, not a problem, it worked for sleeping and we spent all of our awake time enjoying the outdoor space! I would 100% recommend this unit and also stay here again myself. The kitchen pots could use updating. Unless you don't mind old "non stick" skillets that are peeling apart ;)
