Surfside Shores 2902 is a charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with stunning Gulf-front views from the 9th floor. Located just one mile west of The Hangout and close to all area attractions, Surfside Shores features two outdoor pools, one of which is heated during the winter months.

Unit Features:

• Gulf-facing balcony access is from the living room and the primary bedroom

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a home-away-from-home; dining table seats four with two additional barstools

• Washer and dryer are located inside the unit

• Living area has a sleeper sofa

• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed

• Keyless entry - no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out

• Parking for a maximum of two cars

Regular passes (1–14 days): $31.20 each plus tax with a credit card, or $30.00 each plus tax with cash

Special passes (15–30 days): $41.60 each plus tax with a credit card, or $40.00 each plus tax with cash

New passes must be purchased every 30 days for long-term renters
