Whitecaps 206 is a three-bedroom, two-bath, highly desired, westy corner unit. Located in the heart of Orange Beach with amazing Gulf-front views from the 2nd floor.

• Access to the extra-large balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom

• Tile flooring is throughout the entire unit

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need in your home away from home. The dining area seats six, with two barstools for additional seating.

• The living room has a queen sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• The second bedroom has a king-size bed

• The third bedroom features two sets of twin bunk beds. (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.)

• White Caps is a NO-SMOKING PROPERTY. This includes balcony areas.

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• A maximum of two cars is allowed. Parking is not allowed in covered spaces.

This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed on the beach. The grounds were beautiful. Such a clean environment inside and out of the condo. The condo was very nice everything you could ever need was there and was so nice. The view was beautiful. The balcony was my favorite thing. It is huge and the furniture is so nice. Being on the 2nd floor was wonderful! We will stay here again!

Everything was great! White Caps was super nice! Room was clean and worked perfect for our group. Only two minor complaints—1). There were no extra blankets stored anywhere! When sunburned, you need them! lol! 2). No closet in bunk beds bedroom. Needed one! Loved that the host stayed in contact with me from the minute I made reservation until check out day! Super important to me! Would stay again here!

This was a great place to stay. It was very clean, had a good stock of essentials, and was very spacious for our group of 8. (4 adults, 4kids) We loved the corner balcony and the 2nd floor. It was also easy to check in and communicate with the owners. We would definitely stay at this place again.

First year staying here, was a wonderful Condo! A Bit Dirty, washed all the dishes and wiped out cupboards the first day there. Brought our own sheets and bedding, pillows, towels. The Beach renovation that was going on was noisy, hard to sleep the first 3 weeks! The backup beepers on the trucks were going ALL night long, but we realize the work needed to be done! After that was over, we thoroughly enjoyed the trails so close to walk and bike. We brought our own bicycles and it was great to have the maps along the trail to help us! We will be back next year, happy to be a Repeat Resident...hoping we have MANY more years there as a Snowbird couple. Thanks so much, ITRIP is a wonderful Company to deal with, you made things incredibly easy! I know several other couples who may want to try this area out for the Months of January and February, so we will forward the info to them... Thanks so Much Joan Wenzel and Timothy Bork!

This was our second time staying in White Caps #206. We love the proximity to the beach and pool, and the complex is well-maintained. The pool chairs and area were cleaned every morning of our stay, and quiet hours were enforced. We will stay there again!

This condo is fantastic! It was very clean with nice decor. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. There is a coffee pot but be sure to bring filters. The bedrooms were spacious. The linens were a little wimpy due to their new Covid cleaning procedures. We actually had to get another blanket because the ones provided were too thin. Other than that, the beds and pillows were comfortable and everyone slept great. The balcony is huge! Even though it's only on the second floor, the views of the ocean and pool were incredible. In fact, the condo was directly across from the stairs which made access to the ground floor extremely convenient. The outdoor pool was very large and clean. The indoor pool and hot tub were a great bonus as well. I would highly recommend this place to others.

We were two families of 5. This fit us perfectly! You have plenty of patio space wrapped around to each of the bedrooms! This condo is located within walking distance to the Dollar General store for those items you might have forgot. Kitchen was stocked with everything we could think of except leftover food storage so next time we will remember to bring small containers or baggies (not a big deal). Loved how it overlooks the pool and it’s located close to the stairs vs walking down to the elevator. But also not far from elevators. Thanks again! We are already looking at dates for next year!

Great room! Loved the location and the condo was just perfect. The only complaint we all had was the outside pool was not heated and the temps were too cold to get into the outside pool. I wish they could have heated it a little so we could have enjoyed it.

The condo was clean and nicely decorated with quick easy access to the beach and pool. The balcony was huge with plenty of space to relax as well as for the kids to run and play. The condo could use more serving dishes, serving utensils, an air fryer or deep fryer. Also more plastic storage containers to store leftovers would have been helpful. Overall, my family and I will definitely stay here again and found the condo to be spacious and close to all surrounding amenities.

We were very pleased with the condition of the condo and the grounds in general. In addition, the beaches were beautiful and not crowded at all… I attribute that to being booked at a smaller development than others down the road. My main criticism would be the stocking of the kitchen. We had many issues with not having basic tools and necessary place settings for the number allowed. When we called, the issue was taken care of in a timely manner however!
