We loved our experience at Marlin Key 4F! This was our second year in a row to stay at Marlin Key, although this year was the best. This unit was spotless, comfortable and well appointed! Checkin and checkout were a breeze and we received communication throughout the entire 3 day, 4 night stay from ITrip ensuring we were comfortable and had what we needed! The location is great and we love the covered parking. We had some rain but it was no problem because you were always in the dry. If I had one suggestion it would be to provide a little detail on operating the large TV in the common area and change remote batteries. Some didn’t work. We are older and not very techy. Not a game changer though! Great experience and we will be back next year hopefully!

Had a great trip to Gulf Shores. We were a party of five, the three bedroom three bath was a perfect fit for us. Plenty of room , the condo was well stocked with anything we needed. I loved the easy access to the beach & the view was wonderful. Found some great restaurants. Can't wait to go back.

The condo was beautiful. Clean, well-appointed with everything as promised. The only complaint was the painting that they did outside. We were not able to use the elevator for 2 days. They also painted the exterior walkways on our floor so again we were not able to access the condo for that day and had to leave or stay inside for the day. We had older people who had difficulty with stairs. I wish someone would have informed us and we could have tried to get a 1st floor condo/ Over all it was a great trip and we loved the condo.

Low density property so there is plenty of room at the beach and pool anytime of the day. The property is well maintained, quiet, and clean. The condo itself is beautiful, spacious, and extremely clean! We especially loved the fresh white linens on every bed.

Marlin Key 4F was the perfect place for our family vacation. With adult children, the layout provided a bit of privacy for everyone, but large living and dining area for gathering together and well stocked. The location may very well be the best in Orange Beach -- no high rise condos nearby (and actually some vacant property) so the beach was never crowded and we always had a front row spot (in fact, there was nothing but a front row) - and we were there Memorial Day weekend! It is also the closest I've ever been from condo to beach with no boardwalk even needed to enter the beach area. Because it is a low-density building, there was also never a wait for the elevator! Each condo in the building has a reserved parking spot. The only - and I do mean only - drawback is that a second vehicle is not guaranteed a parking spot. Second vehicle spots are first-come, first-serve, so a late arrival may not have ample parking. And no information for alternative parking was provided. Not being from Orange Beach, we had no idea what to do or where to go to park our second vehicle, which we would have done and even paid for if we had known of any other option.

Our stay at Marlin Key was wonderful. The property is located right in the beach with a wonderful view. Property is well stocked. Communication from the host is excellent both before and during the stay. Loved that they communicated with both emails and text messages. This kept us well informed especially with issues on the beach like red flag and rip current warnings. They also answered the couple of questions we had on beach rentals and parking promptly. Definitely recommend this property and host.

The condo was very nice and the location was great! I was little disappointed because I thought one of the extra bedrooms had a queen bed but it was only a full size bed. We also were not told that parking could be a problem and it was due to construction. I would recommend an ice maker for the condo. Stove and wine cooler did not seem to work as well as they probably should. We did enjoy and hope to do it again soon!

We stayed at Marlin Key F4 for a week. The condo was clean and had more space that it appeared to have in the photos. The kitchen was very well supplied with nice dishes and utensils. Because of previous abuse, the skillets needed to be replaced. Having a Keurig was appreciated. The laundry room has plenty of storage shelves. We enjoyed the comfortable furniture on the lanai. For me the only disappointment was that the beach had very little area of packed sand and since I have knee issues, I had to stop my beach walks after 2nd attempt. The easy beach access was wonderful. The parking was an issue because of construction materials taking up the spaces outside of the covered parking but we were always able to find a space. King bed was comfortable - other beds "tolerable" per our family. When we arrived, the toilet in master bath would not work and we had no parking passes in unit. Both issues addressed and corrected immediately since we called as soon as we were aware of problem. The office closes at 4:30 and since check in is not allowed until 4 or after, be sure to call ASAP if you need to report something.

You are the first person that has ever told us you would have preferred it to be hard! We love our soft, white, sugar sand and it's actually a huge draw for our area. Loved the location and size of the condo complex. Our condo 4F was spacious, clean, and well stocked with kitchen essentials. The grounds were clean. Parking is a little tight, but guaranteed 1 parking spot under building. Loved the short walk to be on the beach. Totally enjoyed our stay!

Had a wonderful winter. the condo was very clean and roomy, the deck has a wonderful view. we are going back next year. The only thing I would like changed is the smoke detector is very sensitive and you need the run the microwave fan if you cook or toast any thing

Reservation, checking in, was very smooth and easy. No office to go to, just straight to the condo. Condo was very clean and orderly. This is a very roomy unit with plenty of adequate bedding. The under counter ice maker does not work, but the one in fridge does. Amenities that go with rental are great. We enjoyed the free fishing for a couple of days. Updates and texts about area are very informative and a nice touch to renting with itrip.

Loved the unit, great location and love the beach. We mainly chose Marlin Key as the the beach is not crowded. condo was clean overall except for the refrigerator. Very dirty with food stains. Beach rental guy, Lance, was an absolute jerk. He uses he typical bully tactics on the beach. Hates Canopies. Orange Beach Beach Patrol and Lance were not on same page as to where to place Canopies. I thought is was very frustrating. i don't like dealing with the BS on a beach. Thats why I chose Marlin Key in that the beach is not very dense; however, Lance and his canopy rentals took up more than their fair share of the beach. The dude is just plain rude unless you are renting from him. Highly unlikely I'll come back to this beach as long as Lance is there.

As expected, due to our previous stays next door at Dolphin Key, our stay was absolutely fantastic. I have stayed many places at OBA , but this is my new #1. Love everything from the location, to quaint size of complex, uncrowded beach, ease of parking , proximity to all restaurants and shopping. first class all the way

We have a large family of 6 and this condo is perfect for us. This was the second time we stayed and we loved staying the second time around as much as the first time. We believe due to the low densisty of this condo The atomosphere is much peaceful in and around the condo and as well as the beach and pool. We like being able to park under and the ability to be just a hop and skip to the beach and the pool.

We were generally not happy with this condo. We have stayed at Marlin Key before, in 3B, and it was great. 4F needs some upkeep and a deep clean performed. If 4F was half the price, I would expect this type of condition. But at $3K/week, it was unsatisfactory. Pros: Close to the beach Beach not crowded Good Internet Fully Stocked Cons: Bar Fridge/Freezer doesn't work. Realized coffee maker didn't work on the first morning. It was replaced later in the day with a brand new one. So I guess that's a pro for the con. Microwave handle is broken Balcony furniture needs painting/replacing. It looks disgusting. Functional, but looks terrible. Carpet in master bedroom needs shampooing. It's stiff, and looks/feels grimy. It's just gross. My wife got bit by a spider on the second to last night while sleeping in the master bed. She's ok, but it was really painful for 3-4 days.

This condo was really excellent. The beds were comfortable, the condo was very clean, it was very spacious. The best thing we can say is the view was great and the time it takes to get from room to sand is about 3 minutes, very very close. Cannot recommend more highly! Thanks!

This was our first family trip to Orange Beach in over a decade, and the beach was beautiful! This condo is centrally located so that the grocery and other tourist destinations are right down the road. Our stay in this condo was more wonderful than expected - it was a spacious area with a bathroom for each bedroom. The patio overlooking the beach was also spacious and offered various seating, including a table. One of our favorite features of the condo was the short walk to the beach! Our only complaints are parking is limited to only two cars, there is no restroom by the pool, and the beds were a little uncomfortable. Regardless of these minor problems, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we would definitely return and recommend this condo to others.

Recently stayed at Marlin Key 4F for a quick family vacation. Best condo we have ever stayed in at OB! Lots of room for 6 adults and 2 children. Loved the comfortable bedding, large pantry and the beautiful decorations. We cooked in every night and had everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen. Really liked the way we didn't have to check in off site...just punched the key code in at check in time. Nice to not have to worry about keys also. We will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at Marlin Key 4F. We have visited Orange Beach many times, but family from out of state joined us for their first visit to the Gulf. We all loved it, and I would say this was our favorite. Both the grounds and condo were clean and well-kept. The condo is very spacious and accommodating, perfect for our group of both adults and children. which made our trip even more enjoyable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean, and enjoyed the uncrowded beach. We would definitely like to rent it again, and highly recommend it.

We had a great time at Marlin Key 4F Unit was a great location and had a wonderful view of the Gulf. Grounds were kept very neat. Overall condition of Marlin Key 4F was great. Very spacious 3 bedrooms. Cleaning crew missed a few things but unit was overall clean. We will definitely want to stay there again. Only thing to watch out for is Lance the Umbrella Renter. He tried to bully me to get me to move my canopy way back to the sand dune. He was relentless in his unethical ways. He needs an attitude adjustment for sure. We always set-up early in the morning to get up close to tide. Others were bullied and moved their canopies back towards the dunes. Get rid of this guy!

We rented this condo the week of 6/6/15 through 6/13/15. The condo was wonderful, very spacious. Having the three bathrooms and three bedrooms worked great for our group. The living room and kitchen were bigger than the usual condos also. The beach area was wonderful and just a short walk from the condo. We have stayed in Orange Beach many times and this was our favorite condo thus far. We plan on renting it again in the future.
