This condo includes a full size washer and dryer in the unit along with 2 patios. One patio opens up to extend the living area to outside where you can barbeque on the electric grill and enjoy your dinner in California's ideal weather. The second patio is off of the master suite where you can listen to the birds sing as you take in a good book. Central heating and air conditioning make this a comfortable stay no matter what time of year.
The kitchen is newly renovated with granite countertops and updated appliances. Enjoy eating in the breakfast nook, at the bar, or at the dining room table. The master bedroom has a queen bed, its own patio, a double sink bathroom, a walk-in closet and full size shower. The guest bedroom has a double bed, a large closet, and access to the guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The living area has a 55" TV with cable, a gas fireplace and a secretary desk.
Each condo is assigned two parking spaces: one in the general parking area and one in the detached single car garage. The complex is gated and only about 1.5 miles from Trader Joes, El Toritos, Outback Steak House and plenty of other shopping and dining opportunities. It is about 5 miles to the beach which gives this condo the advantage of inland sunshine.
Public transportation is a breeze from this location. The bus stops right outside of the complex and connects to many other public transportation areas such as the Sprinter and the Coaster that can take you to all the attractions Southern California has to offer.
