Seas The Oak'asion
Dog Friendly - Ocean View - Elevator - Steps From The Beach!
About
Seas the Oak'asion | Second-Row Ocean View | Dog Friendly | Sleeps 6
Salt air, ocean views, and everything you need to fully unwind, that's what awaits at Seas the Oak'asion. This second-row retreat on Oak Island puts you just steps from the beach with no parking fees, 6 beach chairs, and an umbrella ready to go.
The open-concept main living area is bright, comfortable, and made for gathering. The fully stocked kitchen is complete with a full dining table for enjoying meals with friends and family, a new fridge and stove, and a reverse osmosis water dispenser, makes everything from quick breakfasts to full dinners easy. When it's time to relax, settle into the living area for movie night (yes, there's a DVD player and plenty of beach reads), break out a board game, or simply enjoy having room to breathe.
Two bedrooms each offer a queen bed, TV, and closet space so you can actually unpack. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bath, a dresser, and a sliding glass door that opens directly onto the ocean view deck. A sofa pull-out in the living area sleeps two more, making this a comfortable fit for up to six guests. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combos, and a full-sized washer and dryer means you can pack light and save the extra luggage space for souvenirs.
The deck is where mornings and evenings come alive. Two seating areas give you the perfect perch to sip your coffee, watch the waves, and breathe in that salt air. It's the kind of view that slows everything down, exactly the way vacation should feel.
Traveling with your dog? Seas the Oak'asion welcomes them with open arms. Oak Island is one of the more dog-friendly stretches of the North Carolina coast. Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach, making it easy to bring your pup along for morning walks, sunset strolls, or just a good run in the sand. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, and the covered ground-level parking makes unloading gear (and dogs) a breeze. After a sandy day out, a hose to wash off sandy toes and paws is available, and the full-sized washer and dryer have you covered for towels, bedding, and anything else that needs a rinse. Because a great vacation is better when the whole family comes along.
A covered parking area for two vehicles and a newly installed elevator make arrival and departure easy.
Beyond the beach, Oak Island offers something for everyone, two fishing piers, a splash pad, a skate park, pickleball courts, live music, wildlife observation, and the Oak Island Golf Course. Just a short drive away, the charming waterfront town of Southport is worth an afternoon (or a full day). Stroll past art galleries, museums, and locally owned shops, grab seafood with a river view, or find a swing on the waterfront and watch cargo ships pass through the mouth of the Cape Fear River. History lovers can explore Old Brunswick Town in under 20 minutes. Both Southport and Oak Island host festivals throughout the year, so there's always something happening.
Come make the memories. Seas the Oak'asion.
